Renegotiations need to be taken. Tesla is in China, where they sell most of their cars. Nio should be in the US, to be fair. Or Tesla needs to get out.
I’m pretty sure Nio is welcome to build their cars in the U.S. No one is going to twist their arm though.
Tesla has factories in China. NIO doesn't in the USA. A huge difference.
Why build another factory when the existing aren't at 100% capacity? Add politics to the equation and building a factory in the North America would further the disaster.

For beginners, if you are really trading in the crypto space and you do not have a reliable mentor. Then you will definitely get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yes, that is the sad truth. Please stop comparing NIO to Tesla. Tesla and BYD are on another level when it comes to total annual sales. When NIO, if ever, starts selling millions of unit/year then we can start comparing NIO/Onvo/Firefly to Tesla or BYD.

I get they’re your opinion, but I just feel that sometimes there’s too much focus on competition and not enough on actual revenue and margins. Ultimately that’s what matters in every business. Without increasing revenue and solid margins, companies struggle. And NIO has consistently, and rapidly, increasing revenues AND margins. If people aren’t smart enough to see this simple fact, then they don’t deserve to hold the stock.
I suspect a lot of people struggle to see how each model, each car, each swap station, etc will increase revenue and support margins.
