When the first inch of the soil feels dry, it's time to water its best, water when the soil dries out you should stick you finger into the soil because the top layer dries quicker because its exposed to air
May I know what did u use as a soil for them I only saw black gravel but what about the other things u put? Like the white stuff is it white gravel mix with other type of stones ? Thank you

Sorry neng's crochet but now a days is already high technology..hydroponic plants grows in water with out soil. Try to research so thay you will know..
They do just fine. Plants adapt. I've had mine in water for about six months and just change the water often. They grow a little slower. I do add some fertilizer to the water occasionally since they don't get anything from the soil.

Thank you, but there are times that nobody is at home to change the water and all that so i must really have to put something to cover the lid of the container.

I changed mine from soil to that moss and topped up with water and it has gone berserk in growth! I think I might give these a try as well 👍🏼

You have to change the water regularly to prevent mosquitoes. It has also been recommended to change water in the video too.
