So the band that Marz is talking about where the member was hit. It was the bassist for a really awesome Cleveland metal band called Cold Hand of Christ. The original cut of Lotus was the best album ever created and Fuck J for doing Marz, Twiztid and Blaze the way he did. Wish Marz would get with Twiztid and do some whole other shit cuz it would be dope
Marz is a great guy. I've known him for many years and I would love to definitely get one of those posters put up in my shop. I respect this guy from the bottom of my heart. I remember holding him up on the railing at the gathering so he didn't fall and I met him back when he was on tour within Saint clown posse. In san diego. That's actually when I got hooked up with psychopathic myself. But he's a down the earth person hands down.
Awesome interview been following Marz ever since hearing the original tales album stillthe best one to the day hands down. Props keep these interviews coming!
I was at that Gathering in 2001 in Toledo, Ohio. That was memorable. Marz and Kaos performed. Both had half face skulls painted faces. One had one half and the other had the other half. The half wasn't a skull was full black. They walked through the crowd after their performance with confidence and arrogance, but everyone thought it was cool. This is also the gathering that Myzery was hating on Blaze the whole time. Jealousy was there, so Myzery stuck Blaze with some scissors back in the hotel over some dumb shit that Myzery was starting. I remember when everyone stormed the staged as soon as ICP got on stage. We were supposed to see the next Jokers card after they were done!!! Everyone stormed the staged and rioted. Riot police came in shooting off smoke and tear gas. Everyone scattered. I rushed through the crowd and headed to the stage to try and see where they hid the jokers card. I thought it was a banner that was gonna drop so I looked up, down, and sideways. Cops were getting too close and many people were gone. So I ended up leaving. Everyone painted the town with clown paint.. all the frogs and the big boy.. it was pandemonium
There's a common factor that I keep seeing with all these people leaving, and it always has to do with some jealousy and J.. everyone talks about how cool Shaggy was... It too bad J throws these fits and causes beef with everyone in the juggalo world and you can tell those people don't want to hurt the juggalos by bashing J when I'm sure they could. I hope J can drop his bullshit and apologize and so everyone can rebuild be a family again. J puts these people on helps them kinds them and then gets jealous, it really sucks for us.
It's not just Joe unfortunately, it's Jumpsteady as well. Bukshot said he used to be good friends with Joe until he released the Underground Avengers album with MNE. He said Jumpsteady called him right after the album announcement just to personally tell him that they refuse to work with anyone that does business with MNE, therefore Bukshot won't be getting booked for the gathering anymore. J and Rob just seem to hold serious grudges
@@sayidjones3054 I know they will never patch it up, but it would be nice to get a family reunion before someone dies, both are missing so much money they could make together
@@jimmymetal713 agreed. That was the first thing that came to my mind when J announced his heart condition.. he could be gone any day now, and the thought of him passing away before having some kind of "family reunion" with Twiztid just doesn't feel right. They just need to do one more project together, at least. Let the legacy end on a good note.
Many issues go along with this, J obviously has mental problems and drug problems. But MANY of the artists that beef with him are also back stabbing liars. The cycle just continues.
Damn, after this interview i think J might have been the problem why everyone left psychopathic. He seems to blame everyone but himself. Very not self aware.
This definitely was one of my favorite Dark Lotus albums to this day! The Headache track is fk'n beast I's still sing along every single word. Probably why I started rapping after growing up many years ago or at least I pretend I matured Lol Marz seems like a legit down to earth real ass dude, and I don't know him personally obviously, but he definitely seems genuine, and his energy seems positive and very humble. Much respect as a fan and a man who can relate to your constant energy struggles and self-realization of karma and the rhythms of all of life and creation and being prepared to confront and smash that shit, take the hit, and move on with a whole new skill point with wisdom.

The original cut of Lotus was the best album ever created and Fuck J for doing Marz, Twiztid and Blaze the way he did. Wish Marz would get with Twiztid and do some whole other shit cuz it would be dope
Awesome interview props dude love the lotus tee as well! Marz is looking good and he is very engaging to listen to glad he is doing well!
Thank you for the love !
Thank you for the love bro!

Awesome interview been following Marz ever since hearing the original tales album stillthe best one to the day hands down. Props keep these interviews coming!
Thank you Cody!
Dope ass tidbits dude, appreciate it
Much love for this moment in juggalo history
Lies stop lying in MYZERY stupid
I was up there on the stage with you for that experience...❤
Damn that's some shit that dosent get talked about! He'll yeah
Marz Dark Lotus was my favorite, I love ICP but The Real Dark Lotus diss track that Marz put out was so fucking fire. That shit pushed my wig back.
Real talk I fw abk but should've never let his verses on tales from the lotus pod... Marz had most of the hardest verses on that album
So good man. 👊 So much that we've been curious about for years. Excellent work gentlemen
Can we get a Dark Lotus album with Twiztid, blaze, ABK and Marz followed by a tour?
Dark Lotus isn't dark lotus without ICP
I'm only 13 minutes in and already annoyed that he keeps cutting him off lol let the man speak! still though this is fresh...
Dude is interjecting too many questions, i agree
They had to backtrack like 30 times cause Marz was never able to finish what he said
Most Juggalo’s that do interviews fuckin suck at it,Scotty D(great guy, terrible interviewer),this guy,Big Ian was pretty good but still. Idk. Lol
fr mad disrespectful
Lol appreciate the genuine feedback. Much love ninjas
Damn, after this interview i think J might have been the problem why everyone left psychopathic. He seems to blame everyone but himself. Very not self aware.
I can’t wait to watch this whole interview! Thanks for bringing this to us.
This is an EXCELLENT interview.
Awesome interview! Thanks for getting these stories out there
THIS IS DOPE. THANK YOU FOR THIS INTERVIEW
Sounds like you know exactly what I’m talking about. Much love fam!
met marz back in 2001 at Rolling Stone Records in chicago. Still have the signed shirt hanging in my closet 🤘
Great info! Good interview y’all!🤘
MCL, thanks for shining a light on a once dark subject! Whoopx2
Tales from the lotus pod RED is the only daak lotus album you need to own.
What a great interview with Marz, thank you for this.
It's calming and enriching hearing a mature man like Marz talk about the past, present, and future. I respect him a lot and will have to dig into some of his work past Lung Fu and Gorilla Pimpin.
I appreciate the love and support Randall !
Marz is AWESOME! I remember trading autographs with him when I bought his album from him after an ICP show here in Houston. Such a nice guy and great performer.
Great interview. Very well done on all ends
Great interview, marz seems like such an intelligent humble person. Saw him on both legs of the bizzar bizaar tour in PA and NJ, can definatly see/understand his perspective. Great work, keep these coming 💯🤘
Scranton Bizaar Bizzar!
Always loved Marz man. Always wondered what wouldve been had things went differently.
twiztid needs to link up with marz. a show would be epic. but a white lotus album was something i had wondered if marz would do a lotus follow up since finding god. and him saying he would but on the lighter rather than darker side. sounds dope
He really helps the interview go along to make it great.
J is a textbook narcissist. He’s needed serious help for a long time. Not too optimistic but I hope he gets it. When it comes to Dark Lotus- I’ve listened to the ABK version once. Only one album and it’s the OG Tales…
💯 ABK did better on black rain in his defense though he wasn't in the studio during the creative process and had to take his verses onto every one's elses . The marz version to this day is the superior version . Marz really encompasses the whole dark magic vibe to lotus for real he killed his verses .
Great interview ! I was at the first 2 gatherings and loved that first Lotus album still do and always wondered what really happened
Absolutely it would definitely be less stale than Twiztid and Co doing Lotus on their own..
Didn’t know much of Marz besides the whole dark lotus thing . Cool ass dude good interview
That interview has been a long time in the coming, and worth the wait. Great job and MCL!
I knew next to nothing about this guy before I watched this video. What a kwl dude.
"Telling me the secrets how to build a spaceship; I got two bags of barbeque potato chips and rabbit shit." Is one of my favorite lines ever.
I always thought it was "out of two bags of...", not "I got". Like, building the spaceship out of chips and rabbit shit. I could be wrong tho.
@@ku7342 you're not
Mine too!!!
Same here
I love this....the way marz was stiry tellin was a magical juggalo experience foe me ....much love marz. Im real happy to hear from you . You 1 of the OGs
Always liked Marz's work, even when he went biblical.
Wait till you hear what I’ve been working on for the next era!!
Thank you for the love and support fam!
@@MARZChicagoare you not working for Jesus now?
That was a kick ass interview!
Wow this is actually a really incredible interview, fantastic fantastic interviewer with great questions!
Appreciate that!

Amazing interview. Bring Marz back!
Great interview. Thank you guys
This is the interview all the juggalos needed, thank you for bringing this badass interview. Fingers crossed 🤞for the signing giveaway 🤞
Just watched this and Buk interview. They both seem really chill ass people. Also the whole beef thing unfolds slowly. Shits sad
Good luck to everyone on the give away as well 😁
I would fucking love to hear a White Lotus album. A reunion the fam during the best era, for not only me but the whole damn scene. Big shout out to Marz for being real and humble. He has found the beast way to live, walking a path of truth. 👊 Our egos are so damn destructive.
I was at the first dark Lotus performance at 14 years old. Damn time flies!
Awesome interview!! Honesty is refreshing!!
Good interview man. It's crazy to hear all this. I'm a true Juggalo and I know he's telling the truth.
Ministry, cool. I remember jamming to Ministry back in the day.
Excellent interview. Marz shootin it straight n seems cool as fuck and best of all honest.
Thank you for the love fam!
This shit is crazy. I found golden dawn around the time i heard that first lotus album. Crazy. S/o to marz man. He seems like a real one.
I smoked with Marz in a forest preserve after a signing back in the Lotus days. Awesome dude.
I've been wondering what happened to Marz, glad I was able to find him and his music again. Fire interview too, dudes a legend from running with Ministry, ICP, and ended up signing to J. Davis' label.
