- A quick video talking about the struggles I've had with anxiety in my life and that taking the steps to overcome it have literally changed my life.
Tried to do this video in one take as part of the #takeonevlog challenge, but didn't quite make one take only! Oh well, next time!

That wasn’t a miserable fail! You did a fantastic job and I’m really impressed - I’m not noticing much anxiety in you doing this even tho (at least for me it was so terrifying). Thanks Eric. Appreciate the feedback. I think as I was very confident about the topic it was much easier. Should have done a little more prep so not to have had to do the bit at the end.

Hold on. You struggle with anxiety, yet you quick a job and started your own business, planned and got married and now have a child. Dude, that's amazing. I don't know what it like for you, I don't know what I could say, but thanks for sharing and providing me some insight. Great work.
