This past week I met up with Todd Williams from Angeles City Expat Rental Properties and we toured a multi structure site which offers a large house that can be rented as a business or a residence and a second structure which offers several apartments. In this vlog we tour the second building and a few of its units for rent at this prime location in Angeles City.
The unique feature of these apartments is that they can be rented month to month with nothing more than cash in hand and an understanding you'll be responsible for the Electric use for your time spent here, you can also lock into a long term rental agreement if you'd like. These units would be perfect for the traveler who'd rather stay in an apartment than a hotel, they are fully furnished for added comfort. The units available are studio one bedroom and two bedroom and all include water cable internet a pool on site and they are closely located to food shopping and entertainment.

The house is massive but has plenty of potential for whoever buys it one day. Tequila Reef does look impressive like you said. The apartments are so much nicer and more interesting than the cubism of hotels or condos.

Good information. Thanks for showing monthly rentals. They would be a good way to get started without locking into a 6 month lease right away. Need to get used to the area before making any long commitments.

One problem tho, the rent is alittle high for the place and location, u can get a pent house in bgc for that money, just saying 🤷♂️

Hi Chubs. Great informative video. I noticed that you were sharing Todd's FB Page, i went on the page but majority of the info on the page is from 2022. There is no new information on properties in AC that are available for rent.

The important info (#s & emails) are up to date and Todd will entertain any correspondence quickly 👍
This gentleman sure manages some nice properties around AC. I was about to ask how things like maid service works there?
yes he does 👍 i believe the maid service is up to the renter, if youd like the room cleaned sheets bathrooms etc you can put in a request, most likely just tip them afterward 😃 some hotels like to do it daily which can be a nuisance if you’re staying there a while

Chubs - I checked for the location shown on their facebook map, and it shows Downtown Angeles City! As you have highlighted these apartments I would like to locate them on our maps. What is the full address/Street Name in Platidel?
It is not located in downtown Angeles City, it is 250 meters behind ABC Hotel, 100 meters from Prime City Asia. It is 150 meters from Checkpoint.
