I'm still amazed at how differently the crusts are made for each of these tart recipes. They remind me of when I'd try putting random stuff in pancakes as a kid until I found something that worked.
Why am I the only person that noticed his arms are toned heavily. This man looks like he could just squeeze a cinderblock to dust. Those are the arms I strive for when I workout.

Hm, about the base: the green evokes a field of flowers (or perhaps the plant the flowers are blooming from), so I'm not sure that a plain white base would work as well. Maybe less matcha, so that the green's not so dark?
