@@wanderer1125 Good driving practice or habit is to use only one foot- the right foot- for applying gas or brake pedal. That way, you're sure that you are stepping or pressing only on gas or brake. Your right heel should be positioned between the gas and brake pedal for swift and easy shifting from gas to brake. Your left foot should be just resting on the side and not use it. This should be made a habit to avoid confusion especially in case of emergency braking because you will be sure that you are only stepping on the brake. This was one of the important driving skills taught to us in driving school. Just a well meaning observation.
