I feel like most of these builders do not understand California living. The outdoor portion is as important as the indoor. The walls should slide away exposing the ocean and massive decks and a pool. The style is just way too traditional as well. But I guess this is what the super rich want. Probably a lot of them are foreign investors anyway. The $2-$4 million dollar homes are almost always more tastefully done.

What a beautiful home but I will never understand cliff living.. you're literally hanging on a cliff. I cant get mentally comfortable with that
