I wear tinted glasses for photophobia and I've realised my opponent can see my hand so I just play and deal with the pain (and take painkillers) and only wear them when playing trusted friends who I know won't look
Hi Rowan, greatest fan here as usual. Really happy that you're uploading a bit more lately. I love this kind of videos where you explain some more general information about the game rather than specific decks. I feel like I'm learning a lot. Today I taught my dad how to play Pokemon TCG and I convinced him to go to the Stuttgart regional together. Hope to meet you there >:)
I appreciate that you used small hand sizes in the samples. I would see three cards and assume they have the dead hand. I've definitely told an opponent I prized something too 😂. Great video
9:35 If they Vessel'd for Fire, you can also deduce they don't have any extra fire Energy in hand because otherwise that would've been better as a Grass.
Just telling your oponent what you prized is so funny to me, I guess some people would rather give away information for free rather than risk their opponent thinking they made a stupid play haha, I do get the urge tho, does really suck playing ultra ball going 2nd and not being able to get lumineon for arvin and suddenly what you thought was a decent hand is actually a complete brick
Good video. I like the part where you explain that when your opponent says "Shit man, I prized my Lumineon!", that's a tell that they prized their Lumineon 😇. No srsly tho, this some good content and you also have a very pleasant voice, sir.
14:29 I feel like in this situation you don't use iono. In order for Drago's hand to have any value here, they are forced to use a draw supporter and find multiple pieces from it. If I iono, they get 6 new cards, likely allowing another draw supporter and a ball to find Drago once again. If iono finds them research, they get to dig deeper and also have the chance to discard pieces from hand such as kyurem. In the original hand, they would have to find these pieces off mew to do so, and might have had an iono instead of research, leading to no discard at all.
Trying to deduce privileged information of a Regidrago VSTAR player based on what they choose to discard goes really deep because you have to consider plays they may be considering that make use of its VSTAR Ability.
Tried wearing sunglasses to locals so my opponent couldn’t read my face but they were mirrored and they just saw my hand instead
Mission failed. Get em next time 🫡
you need to rock hat + glasses

Good video. Would recommend getting a better microphone to increase quality.

But that’s just a theory… a GAME THEORY
