I've been working on some personal and fun crafts projects just getting back into my crafts and coloring as been a way if escape for me and giving me a refresh and relaxing time. I've just been doing the same working ,visting family and so on. Merry it's Freezing here and Snow Storms, gesh I can't keep taking this year after year. Try putting a lot of Tumeric in your meals it helps with pain and inflamation. I only take Collegen vitamins at times and just eat extra fruits & veggies for anything I'm missing. We did get a couple days of snow. I took the boys outside. They really enjoyed playing in it. It warmed up days after that but this weekend it’s supposed to get cold again there’s already frost on the ground this morning when I took the boys to school Buckys is a really big gas station and you can spend hours in there just looking around.
The vitamins that I take are 50 plus silver syndrome for woman. And I take collagen everyday which it helps with the joints the skin the nails the hair
