I don’t think he realizes how bad it looks to deny any visitation because you’re not getting your way. He can not claim parental alienation on her part when he refused to set a visitation schedule and implied he’d rather not see baby until he’s gotten his way… also laying out that he’d be far crueler to her then she is being to him flat out in mediation which I’m about positive is recorded.. brilliant bud. Brilliant.
I grew up without a mom and am doing just fine, they obviously are using the fact she doesn't have parents to justify her parenting... maybe once the evidence is in the courts hand the judge will rip both Gretchen and her do no wrong son and Molly will be free of them... but honestly don't think anyone who deals with anyone like this are free from them at all
I sometimes wonder who's worse in this. Charlie or Gretchen. It's very clear that both of them are extremely delusional, especially Charlie because for some stupid reason he thinks he's going to automatically get 50/50 custody of a toddler, when all through this, he has done nothing but not want to see this child. He only wants to see this child and have this supposed custody arrangement, so he can not only get out of paying child support but do anything he can to make Molly's life a nightmare. Molly is on to it however, and she's not allowing it. She is truly out for baby's best interests, but all Charlie and Gretchen see this child as is a prop, an object, something to show off to everyone, and possibly abuse. The things that she was saying in that bitter baby daddy Facebook group, as well as to Molly herself, (yes, that was definitely Gretchen sang those detestable things, because she wasn't there in that mediation meeting.), just shows not only how delusional they both are, but that Charlie can make up any lie and Gretchen will believe it. Molly needs to make sure that she is taking every legal avenue to protect her child from these two, because I fear for this child's safety in their care.

Honestly, it should be a rule that after you "threaten" to sign over your rights 3x, it becomes automatic.
