It's normally done in a controlled environment such as a test facility or doctors office. Reduces any chance of any contaiments that could cause either false negative or positive.
Because it wasn’t a CPS worker. They wouldn’t carry urine drug tests with them, they would get her to go to a proper testing centre as a home one wouldn’t be submissable in court as they would need a document proving it was positive/negative

That is 100% not how CPS works. Something is fishy. We just went through this with my stepdaughter. CPS couldn’t get involved until there was a baby born.
That police officer was heinous. She didn’t walk to ask for his opinion. She walked into file a police report for harassment. Sadly, that’s what happens women in this society.
There’s no actual baby yet, not until birth. Drug testing should only be done thru a lab to ensure the validity of the test. This “CPS worker” seems like a friend of the wife looking for information.
Childrens services have no buisness being involved, technically there is no physical baby yet so they have zero rights to be there..Thats what i have always known,as ppl who knew they would end up with involvement maliciously the worker would show up to hospital after birth because they would flag them
What do you want to bet the CPS worker isn’t real, and would have taken her sample and tampered with it and then turned it in as “proof” she is “using”?
Why would CPS care about missing one prenatal appointment? Like the drug issue i could see; but lots of people go through midwives or doulas instead of obgyn, especially if they already went to at least one prenatal appointment to know they’re low risk? Fishyyy
That CPS worker isn’t a real one. There’s no way. And so many cops are abusers themselves so it’s not surprising he didn’t take her seriously. It’s just sickening.
That cps worker is stressing me out lmao they dont watch while you take a drug test you have to go to a place to take a test while they watch and they test your blood for hormones and vitamins to be sure you didnt take soemthing to flush your system shes full if shit im dealing with cps now because my hduband and i are fostering my nephew and the cps worker told me all of that
