i think the lower your fps is the lower the firerate of automatic weapons, but i didnt get the game yet so i can't check if it's only for the m4 or the tutorial so i don't really know if i need to report the bug right now
Pro tip how to get guns:get your reputation to rebel lvl by doing tasks from broker that reward you with rep+ then get to lvl 10 and go to broker pay 5000 to make blackout then run to metro and wait for blackout and there will be four crates that you can loot but you need lockpicks(the worst gun you can get there is 1911 so you have chance of getting m4,tac14 and ak and more)you are welcome😄

Can someone recommend some servers where I can farm keycards without much trouble?
Goodluck bro, there isn't one. Tho if you dont want to farm military base you can do cargo ambush, I got some nice keycards from there and it is much less riskier than military

i dont really see how people still find blackout fun, all i can get out of blackout is dying everytime im doing a mission or having an actual kit to have a fair advantage against good players, i just dont find it fair or fun anymore, blackout is a waste of money and whoever is planning to buy it dont.
