Leo Bingley hi! I counting, start as soon as you sit down. Count an entire minute and use that number in the charts. If using a heart rate monitor, use the value you see after one minute of sitting.
do you have a link to instructions on what to do during this timer ? it's a required school assignment for me but the link they gave for instructions didn't have captions

15 seconds- if you didn't already find out
you should make it 5 minutes
the test as designed is 3 minutes. That is an industry standard.
