    Having experienced much mental distress, it all suddenly vanished when I eliminated sugar and carbohydrates. Switching to a high fat, low or zero carbohydrate diet has been attested by many to totally heal depression and anxiety; so the role diet plays in brain health should not be ruled out.

    Father can you tell us is it possible for lay people to do evangelism or missionary work? Or is it alowed only for priests? There are countries that has no native church of any kind. Can we as ordinary christians go there are live as orthodox and pray for those people? I really hope you could answer this becouse i really do not know the answer

    Father is self defense allowed as a Christian? What about firearms
