I just wondered how can I flash my Redmi note 8 pro when the bootloader is locked and the device is bootloop; mean I can't reboot it to unlock the OEM option. Please advise.
What can I do if the device doesn't stop boot looping and I can't detect the device from the PC because of this? :( I've tried wipe data too from recovery mode, but it restart before the wipe data starts.
@@sarthaksharma6529 once I had to wipe All data, from bootmode, but it still does sometimes, to stop I push the power button hard, I'm starting to think is a button problem, it makes contact without touching it and that's why it loops
@@ProbuddhaNag I have thrown this phone in trash. The only solution is either buy new smartphone or you have replace it's motherboard (this problem occurs only due to corrupted internal storage.)

I THOUGHT ROM IS gone so i decided to flash fastboot rom i tried flashing it Mi flash tool 2020,2015,2014 version with different types of fastboot roms. I even tried the edl mode for flashing. When i flash a rom with edl mode rom is flashed but mi logo become on loop again. If try to flash a rom from fastboot mode it mi flash tool keep on flashing rom and don't stop.

I downloaded the redmi note 3 ROM and extracted, but the content is not a file (to rename to .zip), it is actually a bunch of files and folders, and they don't include the folder images neither the bats for the mi flash tool. Any help?
I was having the same issue. You downloaded the wrong file. Go to miui -> downloads -> flashing guide -> Method 2: fastboot update -> and download there the correct flashboot file

if ur previous version is pie I understand you, no one yet is great to discover the ins and outs of unlocking relocking downgrading mia1 pie version, i suggest you wait until a new method is confirmed working. I just couldn't understand why mia1 is like that, though its xiaomi its kind of different from the rest. If you touch the bootloader of pie mia1 and did something like api2 enable, you wont be able to lock it, you have to wipe the changes you made and flash a stock ROM of same version you used on locking, its like goodbye data, there is just no way as of this moment to get over it.

i had a bootloop issue on my poco ,ur link is taking me to the pocophone update not the berylium update file which is nessecory for this flash to work i had to watch another video with a better explaination .... thumbs down
Did you check all the drivers? For example when you are first time connecting your phone to pc it may install some drivers automatically or you need to side load mi usb drivers on google and install it . Try to restart your computer later

Xiaomi is trash and cant seem to put out guides that tell you you need like 40 million individual things just to make their bs flash tool work. had i known this woulda been the case i woulda never got this phone but i have nothing else so at least i can have a device to make phonecalls with until i can figure out how to make this piece of shite work on global rom. never buying from chinese flagships again until they stop intentionally making their phones a pain in the ass to use

If i try to unlock my phone with the mi unlocker, it says "current account cannot unlock this device"

It works actually try choosing the lock boot loader option and flash the rom it will work . Keep in mind this will erase the data

Yes if you don’t do anything in between 1-2 minutes inside the Fastboot Mode then your Mi A1 will automatically restarts or turns off
