Though Cameron's absolute joy in just biting into a head of Cauliflower and saying "it's cheat day" was amazing.
Graham and Beej have a really great energy in this one that sells two genuine long time friends that are comfortable with each other and their idiosyncrasies.
Or uncomfortable in that deeply familiar way.

By universal coincidence, I _just_ heard a reddit horror story last night about a dumb teen who thought this would be a good idea (absorb more nutrients from your food!) , wound up with severe constipation, and ended up having a catasstrophic blowout in a Costco restroom requiring paramedics.
No benefit, just downsides. E.g. there just was an article in the Guardian with excerpts from a doctor's book on hiney health.
I feel like this crapshot at least partly qualifies as a Baader-Meinhof phenomenon entry for me.
