No way would I stay there. For one night stays you can’t go wrong with Premier Inns. Never had an issue that wasn’t resolved with a trip to reception. Gutted for you Deano, honestly I am. 😢

Surely the reviews on this place must have been equally as terrible before you booked though, did you not check ? £115 for London is absolutely cheap as chips, however that doesn't excuse it being the filthy cess pit that it was. Kinda shocked you would have booked something like that in the first place. Sorry you had such a terrible experience 😔

Sorry about this terrible experience but some good news, I have just found another 5 star ready meal. It’s from Iceland and the new Blue Dragon range. Called “ Sweet and sour chicken noodles”, it’s part of the 3 for a tenner offer. Huge chunks of tender chicken and only 7 minutes in the microwave. I would rate it a 9.5.

What a depressing tip! Never stay in one of these places, that are above a shop or restaurant. Bet you the staff stay there when it's not being rented out.
Exactly, an ‘apartment’ above an Indian restaurant for £115 a night in London of all expensive places. Straight away that would have been a red flag for me. I think a tad naive to think it wouldn’t be anything more than the restaurants staff’s digs who likely use it to stay there when they have no bookings. Still no excuse for it to be filthy, however perhaps checking the reviews on this place prior to booking would have been a good idea

Deano I’m afraid you get what you pay for and unfortunately when you’ve not got 100% proof for the quality of the place you’re staying, stick with a chain (I.E travel lodge or premier inn etc)
Hello unfresh 😮. Wish my gf was as filthy as the apartment. Lesson learnt hopefully 🤞 . Never, ever would I go to a hotel without checking reviews first.

Not good mate ,i'm from London and have seen a few places like this. Stick to premier inn in future . You won't go wrong with them for price and comfort. Hope your asking for your money back?
