Hey man, please don't take this the wrong way but hopefully this can help you and your friend moving forward: In the first game, you cannot add back ChiFu from GY because Berfomet King's effects were negated (so his name is no longer that listed on ChiFu text). In the second game, your opponent also should not have destroyed when activating FKI. Destroying is part of the effect (not cost), and since it was Ashed it cannot destroy (or search). On the following turn, FKI must fully resolve before Garunix and Kirin can activate their trigger effects. On the next turn, Garura should have done double damage (3000) when it attacked, not 1500. Obviously you noticed your big mistakes in Game 3 with the incorrect Fusion monster and the Deck Lockdown oversight. Your opponent saying "You should not play Deck Lockdown" was pretty funny. You also appeared to neglect Fast Effect Timing Rules during your opponent's Normal Summon of Albaz; he should have declared the effect and discarded for cost before you had a response window wherein to activate Imperm (he never discarded). Finally, a suggestion: You could have won Game 3 with Illusion Beast and Apprentice on board if you attacked with Illusion Beast first and then attacked with Apprentice into the 0 ATK monster.

Agreed. I haven’t duelled in person in over 10 months. I’m a little rusty. And my opponent. It was their first ever locals. Definitely a learning curve. But! Thanks for catching all that. Taking the time to type it all too. Thanks bro
