My word of the year is "balance." I've been living in extremes for far too many years, feeling too much or not at all, and I'm committed to working on bringing some level of baseline into my life.

My word for the year should be “commit”. No longer do I want my indecisiveness to hold me back from relationships or things that I want in life. Jules, thank you so much for the effort and passion you put into this challenge I have personally gained some great tools that I am adopting to maintain my focus for things that I want. 2020 has been a mentally and physically draining year to say the least. Completing your challenge and really being able to reflect inward has given me a boost in anticipation for 2021 and the things I want to accomplish. Cya next year!

Thank you so much for putting this challenge together, Jules! I love how you breakdown goal setting in a attainable way that’s not overwhelming. Making my vision board was so fun, and now I’m ready to start filling up my planner with my 2021 goals. I am someone who loves routine, so having clear vision is really important for me.

I would say my word for this new year is “alignment.” I feel like this year has just been really scattered for me (and I noticed this more by doing the life audit! lol) Also, thank you for this challenge! One thing I look forward to implementing in this new year is meditation and making journaling more of a priority ✨ your journal prompts have been so helpful!

My word for this year is PEACE, which for me encompasses so much. I want to find peace with where I am while also creating more peace by continuing to grow my yoga and meditation practice and releasing things that no longer serve me. This challenge has been so amazing, and I’m so grateful to have found your Instagram page this year!

    Hi Jules!
Thank you for being you and bring this challenge to us!
This year my one word is “becoming” because I feel that this past month I’ve really slowed down and started to find myself again; by bringing back journaling, yoga, and meditation back in my life.
I really and honestly did enjoy this challenge and it was attainable, which made the transition to each week something to look forward to.
So , if you made more challenges you can for sure count me in!!
    Happy holidays
