"You were always the wrong guy....till you weren't" That Line punches deep man.... and in sequence he says: For the first time in my life I am proud to wear this suit! dang.... right in the feels
“I waited a long time for this team up and you know something? You are the BEST Wolverine” “For the first time in my life I am *proud* to wear *this* suit. It means I’m and X-Man, I am *THE X-Man* “ This movie and the other Deadpool movies are comedies but that doesn’t mean they don’t have their serious moments. This the emotional moment in the film. You can hear it in DP’s voice that that was Ryan speaking to Hugh. You can also tell that is Hugh speaking to everyone who thought him wearing the yellow and blue suit would be silly and he fucking pulled it off, you can tell it felt right. He’s played this character for nearly 25 years and that length of time is a testament to him being irreplaceable. Fuck this film was just so good.
Even throughout all of Ryan’s unbelievably brilliant comedy in this film, there was no scene that had me pissing myself on the floor like the “he has risen baby girl!” Followed by the most gutteral “FUCK!” From paradox. A sweeping symphony of flawless comedic timing that sent me to the fuckin moon. Bravo Ryan.
I think the end nailed it. This movie is great for the fun, violence, and pure chaos. But what really lands are those emotional moments. Wolverine finally being proud to wear that suit. Not refusing it out of pride, not wearing it as a punishment, but being truly proud to wear it. Being proud to be an X-Man. That's beautiful.
When Hugh said those words we all felt it…because it was so earned. No one, I mean no one can replace him as Wolverine. Who would have thought this movie would make people so emotional.
This Marvel movie was worth waiting for the 33 movies we had to watch before this one. Deadpool & Wolverine is a Masterpiece. Just got my 4K UHD copy yesterday. LFG!!!
Most these female reactors are mostly very sweet and wholesome. So to see them loose it over Huge being ripped is so hilarious. Somethings you just can't control. That one girl biting her lip I think forgot she was filming a reaction video for a second lol
4:42 Even your big man gets emotional here, can see him tearing up. Just goes to show how good this scene is and how it hits the mark spot on. Deadpool 1, 2 & 3 are just sensational. Ryan Reynolds is the perfect Deadpool and High is the perfect Wolverine. So glad this teamup finally happened.
I really love that this was essentially a love letter to the the pre Disney era Fox and New Line marvel films that we milennials grew up on (X-men, Fantastic 4, Daredevil/Electra where all made by fox and Blade was New line)
It would have been so easy for them to just make fun of all those movies, but you could tell how much Ryan loved them and wanted to pay them proper honor. For Ryan it was his dream to play Deadpool for years, and Hugh got his first big break as Logan.
@@thealjohnsonshow2188 yeah freaky ass guy 69 god. wtf for views and followers you guys will do any thing. And what is your channel name, thealjohnsonshow. What you show how to be a freak.

That part was perfect. This is why I'll always be grateful that Hugh played Wolverine. He really brings the emotions in a scene like that.
The "until you weren't" was really unnecessary.

That wolverine speech has got to be up there with the Love you 3000 at starks funeral. Proper gets you in the feels.

Reminder, folks: Hugh Jackman is 56 years old!

@@WereSquatch 100% agree. But without the right amount of testosterone, all that work ain't gonna do much, and at 56 you don't have alot.

My sister and niece fell asleep before finishing this movie, they'll never know what they missed. At least my brother-in-law enjoyed the movie lol
This really was an amazing scene
Ok - THIS is the ultimate cut (literally)
This is not a dude. You are dude. This. This is a man. A very muscular man.
Best edit, all scene context together.
Still don’t know why wolverine didn’t just cut through the door instead of banging into it.
For drama.
Cuz cinema

Deadpool 3 is the Scrubs of comedy movies.
Funny, but they managed to put some emotion in without it seeming odd or corny.
