When u are right about casandra in every levels... like my god i will believe any conspiracy you will say like my god... go see casandras betrayal... i will believe everything you say
Wotso Videos docs.google.com/document/d/13e7SCuPIrPshs41HItfG0rqIkRxc62tYRgamH1a8a4w These are my thoughts. I put a lot into it, and it would mean a lot to me if you would check it out!
In mythology, Cassandra was cursed after denying and turning her back on Apollo, the sun god. I guess if you look at it in a foreshadowing way, Rapunzel can represent Apollo here since she is connected to the sundrop.
See, THIS is some reasonable evidence. With this in mind, I expect Cassandra to "betray" the group as a result of being controlled by some kind of dark magic, only for Adira to be the real traitor the warning spoke of (she likely does so because she thinks it's the best chance to stop the moonstone's destructive rampage). In he chaos, I expect Cassandra to be turned back to normal, and by the end she'll be be on stronger terms with Raps. Eventually, Cassandra would get revenge on her manipulator and pay them back in FULL once season 3 begins (or in the middle of it, since it appears to a double episode mid season finale).
While I think your in to something about Adira, this ' Cassandra ' who came out of the door is either a fake or has unearth a secret that would change everything.
I heard this a lot, but it can’t be a fake Cassandra. If it was, she would have taken Rapunzels hand and not push it away. You know, to not seem suspicious
@@Yeeeeeeeah But it's weird how purposeful Cass looks at Eugene after he reads the warning, like what was the meaning of that look except for setting it off for Eugene that something was wrong? Why would Cass do this?
@@frauleinzuckerguss1906 maybe when Cass was in that door, she saw everything, and knew who her mother was... Gothel and her 'birth' mother had chosen to steal an infant. And maybe leave her own daughter, Cass, alone. Then eventually was found by the capt. of the guard, maybe Cass found out that her fears Adira will betray Raps but Cass will put her life on the line for her friend even though; their friendship is trained right now... However, if you do look at the look that Cass gives Eugene, that smirk was like Gothel's
My brother and I do a podcast about Tangled the Series called Corona Conversations. This last episode was so crazy and I'm waiting on pins and needles for the next one.
Literally, 1st 2 part episode: good friend sings beautiful song, gets hurt by rapunzel, few episodes later: gets mad at rapunzel even though she apologizes. Season finale: . . . ???????
sal ty not to mention he was left for dead in a blizzard that everyone, including Rapunzel, knew the severity of and never bothered to see if he was okay, basically leaving him in an impossible situation for months and being stalked by Rapunzel's dad's men for the scroll and then she guilt trips him when he got desperate to save his dad, like how her dad got desperate to save his pregnant wife, and after she kept changing the subject about saving his dad four times in alchemist returns. So yeah, I would've probably declared war on them for my dad and for my people and home in which they never bothered to help out with after causing the rocks to grow rapidly destroying my home and endangering my people after getting me involved in all of that. That's another thing, Rapunzel got him involved and expected so much help from Varian and didn't plan on helping him until he "lied" to her. Though, the flower was an ancient magical artifact that didn't belong to anyone either, so the king had no right to keep it locked away in the vault and allow everyone to believe it was gone. He can use its healing powers to save someone he loves, but he had no right to keep it from the world like mother Gothel did. It was also Varian's right to claim it for the same purpose as the king's, so it can't really count as "stealing" if it belongs to no one. I mean, the flower was around long before corona was built and found outside of their nations boarders, so yeah, they had no right to keep it away from people like Varian especially since it's sole purpose was to heal, keep the world in balance, and give much needed life. So yeah, Varian's "betrayal" can't be considered real betrayal. Not in the same way as Rapunzel or the king. Saving someone you love is understandable, but to lie, keep secrets and bamboozle you're own subjects who trusted you, that's tyranny. And Varian and Quirin are two of their subjects. Varian was the only one to keep his promise or at least tried to. Even though she couldn't help him during a state of emergency, that's still attempted murder to allow him to get thrown out into a severe blizzard like that. Or allowing it to happen is no better than murder. So it's Nigel and the guards attempt at murder, and Rapunzel allowing it to happen is pretty close. Nigel did say it would be suicide to go out there, so Varian got lucky. Considering that Varian is the son of the leader of old corona, and with his dad currently out of commission, it would be within his right to declare war without it being considered treason since his home is destroyed, his people were left endangered to the extent that they had no choice but to evacuate, and that Varian and his dad and his people were left endangered and with no options in saving their home. I think the king makes up arbitrary rules saying it is treason which can be counted as dictatorship. So yeah, a simple sorry won't be enough. I know what happened to his dad wasn't their fault, it was only an accident, but everything else is their fault. I also didn't believe Varian was entirely at fault for what happened to his dad since his dad CHOSE to save him. He shouldn't have experimented on the rocks, that's for sure, but his dad still chose to save him and his intentions were in the right place since Rapunzel thought he could find out the secrets of her hair AND the rocks and he thought the rocks would reach the castle at any given time and figured they were running out of time. So he was on edge for their sake and then given the raw end of the deal. I also couldn't blame him for not trusting his dad since he "lied" to the king (well technically he didn't lie, since the king knew the consequences from when Quirin TOLD the king what will happened if he uprooted the flower and the king probably sent his men to spy on things for who knows how long and the king is the one who lied to his daughter and everyone else about the rocks being taken care of), Quirin was being dismissive, and Varian was probably shocked and disappointed that he's dad supposedly didn't seem to care and wanted to just run away from the problem like it would solve anything. Even if we have to trust our parents at times because we have no choice, there are exceptions for cases that not even adults know what's best and should trust their children with the truth in order to earn that trust themselves. Even if they are your parents, there are times they must prove they can be trustworthy. Trust me I know, me and my mom were betrayed by my dad even though I thought he was a good man. Not saying Quirin couldn't be trusted at all, but he should prove he can be. Even if Varian did blame them for his dad's fate, that could be because he is still stuck in the top four of the five stages of grief. People get deeply affected by those stages of grief for less. He's going through some endless hardcore grieving at the moment and wouldn't be ready for acceptance just yet. That kind of thing takes time even when people DO get professional help. And since Varian couldn't get any for months even by Rapunzel whom he trusted, he's going to be stuck in the first four stages a lot longer knowing all hope was lost for him and his father. But I don't really think he blames Rapunzel for his dad's current state, but he does blame her and the king for everything else and I honestly can't blame him.
Thank you! I've been saying from the beginning that Adira was untrustworthy, that something wasn't right about her motives. Especially since she regularly doesn't reveal all of the truth! Cassandra has also been right several times over, despite it being played off. Consider that the first time we hear of Varian, she calls him a "dangerous wizard" and she ends up right. She's a very true to form Cassandra Trope.
Can you talk about how Mother Gothel seems to be an ex-student of Demanitus and now a follower of Zhan Tiri because that is pretty strange and leads to question about the ages of his other students...
I feel like Adira is too obvious though. Almost like a cop-out. She’s not really one of “Rapunzel’s Party” because she’s been on and off with the group. My theory is that it’ll be Eugene but it won’t be the kind of betrayal we’re expecting. There’ll be some dire situation where the only option is for Rapunzel to sacrifice herself, and Eugene, not wanting to lose her, stops her from doing it. Thus “betraying” Rapunzel by allowing whatever bad thing is going to happen happen.
I need your opinion fun people. Next, should I make my next video titled "Is Eugene The Current Sundrop?" or do I make the winner of the poll this week "The Love Story of Ferb and Vanessa Doofenshmirtz"? Let me know below!
@@JoseMacias-xz2mp Consider: Adira is the traitor, but during the finale, Cass is tossed out under suspicion of being a traitor. Betrayed, she then decides to free Varian to wreak havoc. Hence, Cassandra's Revenge.
I hope you enjoyed another Tangled The Series video! ✨ I am absolutely in love with this show right now! Let me know who you think will betray Rapunzel below!
As soon as it hinted that it could be Cass, I refused to believe it, mainly because she's my favourite character. The reason she is my favourite is because she is the only one who actually has common sense when it comes to dangerous situations. I agree that there is a good chance it could be Adira, however I also feel like there's a possibility it could be Eugene. I'm not really sure why, I guess I feel like he's the one that you least expect to be it. I don't really have any good reasons at all, I just have a hunch
Brilliant deductions! I was unsure of Adira for a while, but now I whole heartedly believe this is what's going on. Nice video :) *Editing this in cause I feel like I've worked how things are likely going to go:* What I think will probably happen is that Cass' advice and suspicions of Adira (or Rapunzel's safety) will once again be ignored because the party trust Adira's judgement more than Cassandra (just like what happened at the Great Tree), and Eugene's suspicion of Cass being the traitor may lead to him being overly cautious of her and further exacerbating the problem. Eventually the stress may lead him to flat out accusing Cassandra of plotting to betray them, which makes Cass herself feel alienated and unwanted, so she goes off on her own for a brief period of time (so as to give her friends some space). While Cass is gone, the group arrive at the moonstone and Adira's plan of sacrificing Rapunzel for the greater good will be revealed to the group, but it's too late. Due to Adira's nearly unmatched fighting prowess, the group will struggle to resist her. Meanwhile, Cass learns the truth about the moonstone somehow (likely from Hector) and rushes back to rescue her friends. It's then that Cass and Adira face off. The two faced dark warrior will likely get the upper hand at first, but Cassandra will in some way manage to push back. Eventually, Cass best Adira, who will either see the error of her ways, or (much like Varian) become even more motivated to carry out her goal no matter the cost (though i still believe she'll get redeemed at some point anyway if that's the case). This is my scenario anyway.
I agree on the theory of Cass being Gothal's daughter and even if it isn't true, she could have seen what happened to her birth family behind the door. But I would still like to point out a clue that could strengthen the theory of Cass being Gothal's daughter is that when she and the owl exited the door, it looked almost like a tree that was near the tower.
I was a storyboard artist on this show (boards have since wrapped!!) and I just want to say how AMAZING these videos are. Such thoughtful dissertation. I really can't wait to see your reaction to what's coming. And just wait for season three!!! Thanks so much for your support and your interest! It means a lot to those of us who helped make it!
Here’s another thing that makes me think it’s not Cass; she just wants to be trusted, hence the line in Ready as I’ll Ever Be; “Prove they can trust me”
I thinks its Adera (if that's how you spell her name) is the one to look out for. She is betraying her king command by bringing people to the dark kingdom. Maybe she thinks merging the sun drop and moon stone is best by killing Rapunzel
Teonna King It can’t be Adira who’ll betray Rapunzel. The prophecy said it would be a member of her party. Adira never was in the party, she just helped them through tight spots on occasion.
It’s kind of hard to tell wether it would be Cas or Adera. If it was between the two I would rather it be Adera then Cassandra. I don’t want it to be Cassandra
I too briefly considered it, but then: Why would the great and powerful magic user give him such prophesy? If he was to betray her, he would just need to destroy the paper and no one would know about the warning. Also his reaction doesn't fit him being the traitor.
honestly I think it kind of works in both ways because we're Anakin was manipulated becoming kind of dark and then a little too dark Cassandra's manipulation make sense. Hers is the result of everyone in failing her over and over again
The best way to deceive everyone around you is to make the party think one of them is crazy and influence everyone around them that they are the good guy, not the person who had been with them since the very beginning. Akira might be planting something in the group and waiting for it to sprout and burst. Cas has great intuition and when her friends think its dangerous it makes her a threat and a danger to everyone around her.
I have a crazy theory. What if the sun drop is no longer in Rapunzel but in Eugene? After she saves him in the tower we can see the shape of a flower in light blooming from him, maybe in healing him she just did like her father did with her mother, and 'injected' the drop in him without knowing. If you look back it might make more sense than you think. Even the monkey seems to have quite an affinity towards him, plus there is the strange way it looked at him at the end of that episode. Also Cassandra (or whoever it was that came out of that room) could be aware of it. Btw i another crazy theory is that Cassandra is IS actually mother Gothel, who used some magical time-paradocsicaly shenanigans to go back in time and be 'reincarnated' in Cass, and the mysterious journey through the door made her remember all (alternatively Cass could simply be related to her and the the event made her discover it).
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if either of the two betrayed Rapunzel. Adira has been acting suspicious from the start and may be leading them astray, (which is the very definition of betraying,) and the show is building up Cass and her motivations against Rapunzel in a very similar way they did with Varian - and the worst part is, Rapunzel doesn't seem to have learned a thing. She's still just ignoring the problem and letting it grow, much as her father did. That being said... I don't think we have a clear motive for Cass to actually do something destructive to Rapunzel yet, other than leaving her quest. With Varian, he needed Rapunzel's hair to free his father (or so he thought anyway) before just switching over to plain old revenge, and with Adira, she might also plan to use Rapunzel's hair to do something with the moonstone and not care what happens to Rapunzel as a result, but Cass... She doesn't seem to have any use for the hair and I don't see her as the kind of person who would jump straight to petty revenge without any other goal in mind. Of course, that might change. Betrayal is always most effective if it comes from someone we, as the audience, know and trust. We don't know Adira - not really - but we do know and sympathize with Cass. Great video btw! Cool analysis of Cass' name and its potential meaning!
That's something that disspointed me about rapunzel. Sometimes I think she didn't learn her lesson or ignore it . She is caring but she force on what is the most fun in the moment and doesnt ask what the others think, even when it has to do with thier lives. Sometime , I would expect rapunzel will get everybody in her party hurt one way or the other
@@Poohbot Yeah. Rapunzel doesn't want to hurt anyone, she wants to be and do good I think. But I don't think she's very good at recognizing or respecting that people might think and feel differently than her. That's problematic both in regards to friendships and to decision making. Leading doesn't equal making all the decisions yourself, a good leader will listen to advise because these different perspectives are important to get a wholesome picture. Not to mention, she can be a tad headstrong and reckless. But then again, flaws are what makes character development possible. It'll be exciting to see what will happen on that journey!
@@Allinox You're completely right . I can't wait to see where this is going to next. I one thing I'm hoping from the next season is more of Varain , I miss that little killer cinnamon bun. One day Repunzel might be an amzing queen.
I think it will be eugene. He believes at the moment that it will be Cassandra and will try to warn the others about it. The others will turn against him. Eugene will betray rapunzel to prove he is correct but it will turn out he is wrong but not admit it. I don't think it's Cassandra because Disney alwase has a twist in their story. I don't think it's Adera because she has never really helped or been part of the party
Disney wasn't known for twists until Frozen. It was always Pixar who did twist villains - and yes, they ARE different even though Disney technically owns them.
I really think that the one who is going to turn against Rapunzel is Adira. If you remember Hector said Adira is lying her so I'll think she will be the one. Further more, the prophecy was: "one of her party shall come against her" , not one of her friends and Adira is "one of her party" somehow. Think logical , Cass turning to be evil doesn't make any sense , not even Disney could kill such a wonderful friendship. So yeah, I think Adira is the one who is going to betrayal Rapunzel.
Raton Zafiris Adira wasn’t a member of the party though. She never truly traveled along side them, she just popped up when they needed it to provide assistance on the journey.
I love your videos Issac I love tangled the series and I don’t know what I’m gonna do when it ends ( very sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and hope u have a magical day
Now, I love Cassandra, *bUT* I think it would be very interesting if she turned against Rapunzel, notice I didn’t use the word betray. It would also explain why Cass isn’t at her wedding
Turning against someone isn't necessarily the same as betraying them. It can also mean disagreeing and not being able to resolve that disagreement enough to maintain a healthy relationship. Cass will most certainly keep her promise to the king. She wouldn't betray Corona. But she could decide that doing her duty to Corona requires preventing Rapunzel from completing her quest, so she can return her safely to Corona. This would make Cass an antagonist without making her a villain. And Eugene is NOT going to help matters at all. Which is a real pity. I was enjoying seeing Cass and Eugene actually becoming friends rather than merely tolerating one another for Rapunzel's sake. Also, Cass is Act 1 Hamilton.
You know, Cass and Varian were warming up to each other before varian's betrayal.... Maybe there will be a tag team when Cass feels Varian was in the right all along~
Gourd Clae Well After Varien is given help and forgives Rapunzel, I want to see him and Eugene become a one episode tag team. But him and her being a tag team might be interesting. Two years later I still Ship Cassandra and Varien
She was raised during Rapunzel's imprisonment by the Captain of the Guards, so her actually being Mother Gothel is unlikely. Her being Gothel's daughter is plausible though.
Yes, when Demanitus said to Eugene while he clasped his and Rapunzel's hands together, "she is your light, the moon can not shine without the light from the sun have faith." It really stirred the theory in my mind that Eugene is connected to the moonstone.
So, if we go on the Akira theory, maybe the episode Cassandra's Revenge, will be about something that happens in season two, and Cassandra is driven by anger to get revenge for what happened?
When I saw the episode I was hoping you would address this topic and you didn’t disappoint. I agree with you 100% that we are supposed to suspect Cass, but it’s really Adira that is going to be the threat. I don’t see it being Lance or Shorty because they just don’t have strong enough motivations for it to be either of them and I don’t think it’s Eugene or he wouldn’t have been given the prophecy, so that only leaves Cass or Adira. I’m incredibly intrigued by the door Cass went through and what meaning that holds. This series is so good!
The wiki already made up its mind on the subject. I don't trust wiki's too much, so will wait for the episode to air to get a conclusive outcome. If Cass does betray Rapunzel it will be either for her own good, she's a double or being manipulated.
And and so the plot thickens (It will end up really ironic if Cass turns out to be some sort of reincarnated version of mother gothel at least that's my theory I always thought the two looked alike)
Cass was alive at the same time as Gothel for much of her life, so I don't really see how reincarnation has a factor there. I wouldn't let the looks fool you though, we should know by now appearances aren't everything.
Has anyone thought about the fact that Cassandra could have been thinking about something (like punching an enemy, which is one of the rare times she has an evil expression) when Eugene was scanning the group? We think Cass is the traitor just because we saw her expression right after we learned this new information, but if we had seen her expression at another time, without knowing someone would betray Rapunzal we wouldnt have thought about her being the traitor. Thoughts?
Those Trolls and their memory magic was much scarier then all of Elsa's live threatening ice Powers. They can rewirt your entire life and belief . Motives reasons everything. Krystoff doesn't seem like how they discribed him in the song. Do they daily reprogram him. And get that Fieonsay out of they way. Then spay some pollen on her and Hand Betrayal is right in nose shoot. .and Maybe the Trolls like keep magic hidden from and regular people. And Elsa revialing her self. Reprogramming the Fionsey to be an assine would be two birds with one stone
I really hoped they would i was teroizing on that whit myself till the season final (spoiler: They didnt :( (anhoter spoiler: He will be back on season 3 :)
Cassandra betraying Rapunzel would explain why she ISN'T part of her and Eugene's wedding ceremony. Remember this takes place before Tangled Ever After and she isn't there. Hmm......
I was just about to comment it's going to be Adira and not Cass, but then you got there yourself. We're being led on a bait-and-switch and I have no doubt they will accuse Cassandra, but Adira will be the traitor. Perhaps accusing Cass will be like the moment when Rapunzel refuses to help Varian as a turning point for her character though. And I am still very curious to see what Cass saw in that mysterious door.
there a lot things it didn't solved yet, like the letter from Varian's father he left and nobody read yet. Hector, the villain they confront on the big tree, saying that Raps was dumb for believe in Adira was guiding she to her destiny. The full of spirits that were released since they used that machine on the snow storm and we saw they were trying to get Raps over and over again for free their master, like in the Art event with the spirit teacher, those who become Raps and Cass into bird, the last one on the tree where Cass was trapped, maybe the totem on the island too ... And we were watching that master spirit always mention indirectly throughout the episodes. Maybe it had something to do with the suddenly change of personality on Cass.
The writers are at it again: They want to boost ratings by making a character, who was immediately adored by the fanbase due to his/her/its quirky personality, turn to the dark side. Just like what they did to Varian's "Adorkable" image.
katherine from what Isaac said, and the prophecy (I don’t watch the show orz) I think Adira could be set up as the bait and switch traitor, with Cass as the actual traitor. Plus she’s not in the party anymore evidently. Cass is also absent from the wedding. Plus... betrayals aren’t always malicious. Sometimes someone will be betray another for the other’s own good. Cass’s betrayal could be born of good intentions.
@@aromaladyellie Rapunzel is only starting to realise her actions have lasting consequences. Cassandra has been trying to drill that into her for the longest time. So a betrayal for her own good would keep in character with who Cass is. A friend that you need, not a friend that you want.
@@aromaladyellie I think you got that backwards. Cassandra will be the bait-and-switch (Re: everything listed in the first half of this video) and Adira is the traitor. That doesn't mean there won't be drastic consequences for the bait-and-switch though.
Michael O'Connor so you agree with Isaac. I was just offering an alternative to his opinion. :3 But like I said- take me with a grain of salt. I have not watched the show.
I only know this: I never saw or knew of the series until last month and the first thing I was exposed to was an illustration of cass and immediately assumed she was evil. Once I started watching the series I was shocked to learn she was one of the good guys. This 'prejudice', if you will, made me not trust her from the start. Character design is a great means to convey the nature of a character, it's an immediate language that will tell you something about the character without them saying anything, so that speaks volumes about Cassie's nature or destiny. I don't know if it was just me, but if she gave me evil vibes (and if it wasn't just me) it means that she was designed to give off evil vibes and look suspicious.
My heart just got broken in a million pieces, spit and kick all the pieces by a Super Saiyan Blue pissed off Cassandra.....now I have to endure this pain to SEASON 3.....whyyyyy???
I now hate Adira because she made me doupt of Cass 😢. But when you think about it, Adira not being here when Eugene is looking at the group to find the traitor is smart: you don't think : "Hey, look at this mysterious woman we just met! Let's not trust her!"
Adira has symbols on her hands and belt buckle that resemble a solar eclipse. She also has face paint where half of her face is darker than the other. A solar eclipse is when the moon is placed in such a way the sun's light is blotted out by a large shadow. Adira once served the king who was driven mad by the moonstone. She's sending Punzie to die, to be darkened by the moon.
No, I think it is gonna be Cass who betrays her. I thought Adira at first, as well, but I think that's what the writers of the show want everyone to think. I think Adira is meant to be a red-herring to set us off guard. I never would have thought Cass to be the traitor, but now looking at all these clues you're talking about, it makes perfect sense. The team has never taken Cass seriously whenever she seemed hesitant about a situation. She's always brushed off. And, as you said, these things are already starting to cause strain between her and the rest of the group. And the added pressure that's been put on her as Rap's protector isn't helping. Eventually, she's gonna snap. Of course, Adira could still be the traitor, but I just think she's too obvious of a culprit. From what we've seen from the show so far, I don't think the writers are gonna make it THAT easy for the viewers to figure out. My bets are 100% on Cass.
Something tells me that either Adera is the current Cass(the one that got out the door) or she has been reminded/given some type of info that turned her against raps.Maybe she wants the power of the moonstone and sudrop fro her self...OR is under the influence of a spell.Idk
Well we don't know who will betray Rapunzel first and our two suspects can be Adira or Cassandra. I think we should see more of whats going to happen next. Wait until Adira comes back or continue observing Cass's behavior?
This is true, it is search Cass betrayed Rapunzil...... Wait this is another thing that helps with the Mother Gothel is Cass’s mom theory. Thing about it both where good guys to Rapunzil at first but then they both betrayed her.......OMG MU THEORY SENSES ARE TINGLING!!!! (Sorry for spelling)
Hmm very interesting indeed. It is possible that it's Cass however it could also be Eugene (accident because he wants to protects rapunzel but messed up) or even rapunzel herself (as she's been a bit more independent than usual and after that episode with them escaping the house, the responsibility is getting to her so she might to back out, thus betraying herself and her never-give up attitude ). I never quite liked adira and she could be it too. To many options! But my question is if Cass just injured her Hand why did she need the Whole armor? Why not the gauntlet? Thanks for the video and have a magical day!
I feel it’s going to be a “self-fulfilling Prophecy“ thing. Eugene in his quest to be on the lookout for the betrayal, and stopping it, is going to unintentionally be the betrayer himself.
what if cass learned of the magic her mother had and learn to use it and will use it to protect her friend but in away betraying her by never telling and trusting Rapunzel
if you combined this with the daughter theory, plus background of the door. i believe that cass saw something from her past. especially if from what we saw, gothal was an apprentice of demanitus , and summoned zhan tiri. behind that door she could be have been shown that gothal was her mother and necrom wants cass to surve him as her mother. or cass is their child. while i dont think its the last one, i think finding out that information would cause her to be angery when she first sees them and flinch in Rapunzels embrace as she knew her mother abandoned her for repunzel and/or that should Rapunzel discover this, her friends would abandon her. the lock she gives, she smiles at before looking back at repunzel then down to the fire if you watch her eye moment, i believe in this moment she is reflecting, coming to accept her past and enjoying them around her as she reflexs on what they have accomplished together.
Maybe cuz she has long her now but when they get married its short and its going to be a while until they get married cuz Eugene proposed twice now and in the movie he said it took him many years of asking until she said yes
Ok here’s my theory I think Cassandra is under a spell by Zhan Tiri or it’s the mirror version of Cassandra that ale out of the door. That’s why Cass is the possible traitor. I love her too much to lose her after two seasons to evil. But I was fearing for the fall out with Raps to push too far ever since the Great Tree incident. It cannot be Adira under any circumstance. But my biggest fear for Sunday Morning is if the Dark Kingdom is the truth or doom for Rapunzel. As well as what consequences she will face when the group reaches home safely.
I vote for Eugene as the new Sundrop for a future video. I hate to say it, but I really do think it's Cassandra. Indeed, she has been drifting apart. We also have no idea what she encountered in the House of Yesterday's Tomorrow. All we saw was her get tempted into going into the door. Then when the house got destroyed, all we see is her leaving the door and she just seemed to be...off. I also really suspect Adira. I don't know what she really wants from Rapunzel and the group. Yeah she explains about the Moonstone and seems to help the group on their journey, but I don't trust her.
There was also a women's voice whispering her name before she went into the room, and as for Eugene being the new sundrop I don't believe that even Demanitus called Rapunzel the sun drop, but after what he said to Eugene about having faith I do think that he's connected to the moonstone somehow.
the theory of cass being mother gothel's daughter makes sense because when she came out the door, the background looked similar to the place where the tower once was. maybe someone or something told her about what the moonstone can give her. either that or the real cass in trapped in the door.
I have watched the show and this guy is a real prophet here. But what makes the explanation better was that in myth, Hector was Cassandra's brother, who almost believed some of her prophecies (in some accounts) about quit fighting, like how the Tangled Hector warned them about the dark kingdom.
I have now seen Destinies Collide and it is absolutely fantastic! If you'd like to see my thoughts on why Cassandra betrayed Rapunzel then definitely check out my newest video here: ruclips.net/video/J71QnCBPS4g/видео.html ! Thanks for watching and have a magical day!

If this is the case, that is genius🤔
Am I the only one seeing a pattern in season 1 Varian betrayed rapunzel and now it’s happening again
Domonic Santalucia It better not happen
Aya29jaila7 Because Raps has suffered enough. But I think her problems are just getting started
Literally, 1st 2 part episode: good friend sings beautiful song, gets hurt by rapunzel, few episodes later: gets mad at rapunzel even though she apologizes. Season finale: . . . ???????
Rapunzel betrayed Varian and so he attacked her family
sal ty not to mention he was left for dead in a blizzard that everyone, including Rapunzel, knew the severity of and never bothered to see if he was okay, basically leaving him in an impossible situation for months and being stalked by Rapunzel's dad's men for the scroll and then she guilt trips him when he got desperate to save his dad, like how her dad got desperate to save his pregnant wife, and after she kept changing the subject about saving his dad four times in alchemist returns.
This is very interesting to watch after seeing the finale. I loved how they jaked us out with Eugene's "betrayal" though in the end it was Cass.
Indeed.💜

Where did the info of that someone will betray her come from?
@@Nathan-rt4sh Domanitus/Vigor gave Eugene a warning that someone in Rapunzel's party would betray her.

Nice video :)
*Editing this in cause I feel like I've worked how things are likely going to go:* What I think will probably happen is that Cass' advice and suspicions of Adira (or Rapunzel's safety) will once again be ignored because the party trust Adira's judgement more than Cassandra (just like what happened at the Great Tree), and Eugene's suspicion of Cass being the traitor may lead to him being overly cautious of her and further exacerbating the problem.
DarkWhirlwind88 That actually makes so much sense. Good job👌😌

@francis felipe corre Dude, calm down. It's a joke.
@francis felipe corre It's possible, but is it probable, from a logistic sense?
honestly I think it kind of works in both ways because we're Anakin was manipulated becoming kind of dark and then a little too dark Cassandra's manipulation make sense.
Despite the theories, it is still terrifying on the thought of who will betray Rapunzel.
Betrayal can also mean just one of her party members does something better for Raps in the end, but at the time it'll be seeming a huge betrayal.
Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if either of the two betrayed Rapunzel.
Adira has been acting suspicious from the start and may be leading them astray, (which is the very definition of betraying,)
and the show is building up Cass and her motivations against Rapunzel in a very similar way they did with Varian - and the worst part is, Rapunzel doesn't seem to have learned a thing.
Disney Songs If it’s Eugene, I think he and Raps will temporarily break up
Disney wasn't known for twists until Frozen.

This was awesome. Could you do a video on theories relating Eugene with the moonstone since the foreshadowing of the Lost and Found episode. :3
Yes, when Demanitus said to Eugene while he clasped his and Rapunzel's hands together, "she is your light, the moon can not shine without the light from the sun have faith." It really stirred the theory in my mind that Eugene is connected to the moonstone.

The season finale will be telling for sure.
The wiki already made up its mind on the subject. I don't trust wiki's too much, so will wait for the episode to air to get a conclusive outcome. If Cass does betray Rapunzel it will be either for her own good, she's a double or being manipulated.
And and so the plot thickens
(It will end up really ironic if Cass turns out to be some sort of reincarnated version of mother gothel at least that's my theory I always thought the two looked alike)
Cass was alive at the same time as Gothel for much of her life, so I don't really see how reincarnation has a factor there. I wouldn't let the looks fool you though, we should know by now appearances aren't everything.
@@DLxxx yes, but maybe the Cass that came out of the weird door was a reincarnation of Gothel instead of the real Cass?
Has anyone thought about the fact that Cassandra could have been thinking about something (like punching an enemy, which is one of the rare times she has an evil expression) when Eugene was scanning the group? We think Cass is the traitor just because we saw her expression right after we learned this new information, but if we had seen her expression at another time, without knowing someone would betray Rapunzal we wouldnt have thought about her being the traitor. And I am still very curious to see what Cass saw in that mysterious door.

you have a point. maybe if adira betrayal the group, cass will get revenge on adira. i think it might make sense
Or the group will mistakenly turn on Cass and she will get revenge on them.
there a lot things it didn't solved yet, like the letter from Varian's father he left and nobody read yet.

Did you see cass' face at the end of the ep!! I'm so sure its Cassandra 🤔
katherine from what Isaac said, and the prophecy (I don’t watch the show orz) I think Adira could be set up as the bait and switch traitor, with Cass as the actual traitor.
*_maybe so but...dont judge a person by their look..._*
It's fricken Cass. Disney screwed me over
I only know this: I never saw or knew of the series until last month and the first thing I was exposed to was an illustration of cass and immediately assumed she was evil.
Watch the new ep!! It finally came out and oh boy..... O____o
I now hate Adira because she made me doupt of Cass 😢.
But when you think about it, Adira not being here when Eugene is looking at the group to find the traitor is smart: you don't think : "Hey, look at this mysterious woman we just met! Let's not trust her!"
isaac : who will betray rapunzel?
me : *sips tea*
Imagine if the writers made a loophole, where they added another character and that betrays Rapunzel
Chronically Catholic I was surprised of Adiras intentions as well
I maybe agree or it can be Cass who knows maybe season 3 will tell us
She is mother gothel daughter!!! DUN DUn dun!
True
Something tells me that either Adera is the current Cass(the one that got out the door) or she has been reminded/given some type of info that turned her against raps.Maybe she wants the power of the moonstone and sudrop fro her self...OR is under the influence of a spell.Idk
Well we don't know who will betray Rapunzel first and our two suspects can be Adira or Cassandra. I think we should see more of whats going to happen next. Wait until Adira comes back or continue observing Cass's behavior?
That explains why shes bot in the wedding
This is true, it is search Cass betrayed Rapunzil...... Wait this is another thing that helps with the Mother Gothel is Cass’s mom theory. Thing about it both where good guys to Rapunzil at first but then they both betrayed her.......OMG MU THEORY SENSES ARE TINGLING!!!! (Sorry for spelling)
i also think that mother golfful might come back from the dead and she will be the big bad of the end of season 2 or 3
the bradelbens entertain or family fun Most likely Season 3 just as I have been fearing for sometime
I love your Tangled videos you outta consider doing one based on the Dark Prince Eugene Theory. I would love to hear your thoughts.
I don't even watch this show but I might start it doesn't seem that bad
Please do watch it! I would’ve never though I would be watching a little kids show, but it’s more than that! It really is a great show
It is Cassandra I saw a clip of her becoming the one that betrays Rapunzel
I miss varain
the black cat We all do. But mainly because he made a decent first impression in his first two episodes
Me too
@@manuelorozco7760 well also because the voice actor is doing waitress
the black cat Jeremy already did his voice work for next season
Me too. But.... i have good news! Jeremy Jordan said he is back on season 3 as Varian!
what if cass learned of the magic her mother had and learn to use it and will use it to protect her friend but in away betraying her by never telling and trusting Rapunzel
Who came back to this after the reveal?
Apollo is a sun god, sundrop ... genius naming
Cassandra betrayed Rapunzel
In the season 2 finale Destinies Collide
I thought it would be Eugene he would betray raps not relising it because he was trying to pretect her from the betrayer
if you combined this with the daughter theory, plus background of the door. i believe that cass saw something from her past. especially if from what we saw, gothal was an apprentice of demanitus , and summoned zhan tiri. behind that door she could be have been shown that gothal was her mother and necrom wants cass to surve him as her mother.
or
cass is their child.
while i dont think its the last one, i think finding out that information would cause her to be angery when she first sees them and flinch in Rapunzels embrace as she knew her mother abandoned her for repunzel and/or that should Rapunzel discover this, her friends would abandon her.
the lock she gives, she smiles at before looking back at repunzel then down to the fire if you watch her eye moment, i believe in this moment she is reflecting, coming to accept her past and enjoying them around her as she reflexs on what they have accomplished together.
In before it's Eugene cutting off her hair again to somehow protect her.
GreenSocks It’s too soon to happen
Maybe cuz she has long her now but when they get married its short and its going to be a while until they get married cuz Eugene proposed twice now and in the movie he said it took him many years of asking until she said yes
@@ElizabethAlvarez-ck4vl, what are you babbling about?
I just got a HUGE freaking spoiler in my recommandation and now that I know who'll betray Rapunzel, I still watch this video for some reason
Ahhh now I'm conflicted why do you do this Wotso?! I thought I knew now I'm not sure.....oh dear...
I am so mad about who *actually* betrayed her. I had no clue!
I feel like cassandra will pretend to betray the party to discover adria true attention
cassandra because of the contend you previted about her. i had know idea she would be up to something
...
But I’m not done yet!-
*Add starts playing*
3:21 Funny to say that in a Fairy Tale environment which Tangled takes place in.
Ahh another vid... Awesome!
