Thank you for the review! I got it and don't regret at all. It is very beautiful and fun. I have quite some of indies and I found thanks to your comparison that I don't have almost all of the ones that are in DM palette. Which is great for me 😊. The kind of redundant light shades from the top row are very different on the eyes with completely different shift (one is orange into green, another is very light silverish gold into orangy gold and it is also more chunky). The most amazing for me is the staying power of them - easy 12 hours (of course with primer). With the terrible hot flashes I'm going through right now it is a big struggle to keep my make up not melting in a couple of hours. DM products (all of them) stay much konger then anything else I tried. Idk how she does it but it works. I hope it is helpful to know for some who reads my comment ❤️
Agree. I have this palette and I find the difference in texture and shift enough to justify those shades all being included. I absolutely love that section of the palette. I also love unbreakable. That bottom row is designed to be a base layer, so the lack of a shift isn't an issue for me!
I have to say, I don't know if it was that the DM shadows at the top of your hand were getting more light, but if not, the DM shadows take the award for the most shiny shades. Does anyone remember if DM had a Black Friday sale last year and if it was any better than the Sephora sale?
All reviews about this palette were positive! For somebody who doesn't have a multichrome/duochrome collection it is a good start! I also like the quality,i think it is comparable with most of the indie brands formulas !❤
I agree! I'm in the Netherlands and buying Indy overseas is very costly. Shipping with Indy brands is usualy quite high and customs add up too. I got my 1st Lightworks palette with 20% discount and the palette having 18 shades is wonderful :)

I believe you would enjoy lightwork 4 even more when it comes to multichromes. Despite the fact that it had water activated and chrome flake products. Thank you for the multiple comparisons!
2:48 O0oo, I feel like Abundabt is the Slytherin house from Harry Potter! Such a pretty shade, I don't have anything close to that I think. ❤ I love how glassy and smooth Fearless is!
I actually like how smooth and metallic these look when compared with the indie shades! Also when I swatched all the shades even without any primer, moisturizer etc they all stayed on my arm even when scrubbing at them while wet! For my sweaty lids these are so perfect since they have such staying power!
Hopefully, my waiting for the Sephora Rouge sale won't be a problem...I mean, I could just Klarna it. 🤔 At this time, I only own maybe a dozen multichromes, so I see this palette as my "last hurrah" before turning 65 in March. Oddly, my lids are STILL oily, fairly smooth, but super duper hooded from my being half Indigenous American! Got my father's Indigenous eye shape, but blue-green from my mother's side of the family. That's another thing that I love about Danessa Myrick's curation of shades in this one, every single shade is definitely one that I would use often. Well, except for possibly the silver one.

Like the Jewelled Multichrome formula (Sand Blast, Kiln .etc) from Clionadh? I find those turn muddy if I blend them with a brush so I always need to use a black base and just pat them on 😵💫

Fierce was the shade that sold the palette to me. Once I saw how perfectly it would work on my eyes (the warm red to the foresty green, is a perfect one-and-done eye look on me, since it goes light to dark from inner to outer corner)

I watched your video on the press ons. Do you have any tips or maybe tricks that you can give for people who have to change out their looks multiple times a day? Perhaps something that would extend their life. Because I get so much fall out on them. I end up getting frustrated and taking them off & replying new ones I thought maybe you would have some kind of secret to extend their life a bit. I'm burning through them like crazy. Have had my other lightworks palette for a year now and it still works like it did when I got it...Just don't store makeup in a moisture rich area and it should be fine..
Hi Milly. I am going to pass on this. I have a lot of quality indie brands. They have some beautiful douchromes, multichromes and metallics. I am on a no more eyeshadow palattes this year. I brought a lot of fall palattes.
