except the fact that furina and focalors ARE the same person the only reason why furina acts different is because she has amnesia to who she really is. as the other half stated she cut herself in half. which basically means Focalors= Divinity, Memories and Furina has literally everything else.
ALSO Edit:Focalors started as a fontainian Human b4 becoming the successor and getting all the responsibilities shoved to her. So Furina is basically focalors before she bacame the archon

From the very start, she is a Egeria's Oceanid familiars that then by she and other Oceanid's wish, became human
So it's actually like-- :
Oceanid --> Oceanid-Human --> Ascend to divinity --> split half & half --> one dead divine/one alive human

The timelines is incorrect, Focalors replaced her self with Furina immediately after becoming a god. Furina was playing the role of a god for 500 years. So if this takes place 400 years ago, then Furina would be there not Focalors.
