Below you can find the list of necessary equipment:
1. A good optic microscope with x2, x4, x8 zoom;
2. USB soldering iron with a very thin solder tip;
3. Double-sided adhesive tape;
4. Liquid active flux;
5. Thick jelly BGA flux;
6. Hot air gun station (for example - Lukey 702);
7. Rosin;
8. Wooden tooth picks;
9. Alcohol (75% isopropil spirit);
10. Copper wires with 0.1 mm diameter with a layer of isolation lacquer;
11. Jewellery sandpaper (with the size of 1000, 2000 and 2500 (the bigger is the value - the smaller is the sand));
12. BGA balls with the size of 0.3 mm;
13. Tweezers;
14. Sharp scalpel;
15. Pinout scheme;
16. PC-3000 Flash Circuit Board adapter;

Если шарики чуть-чуть придавить перед установкой, то укладывать будет проще (не будут укатываться), хотя у вас и так хорошо получилось.

It is a pretty difficult question and case as well.
To be honest chances are low and without looking at the actual case it is impossible to be sure.
It depends on many factors such as how many pictures were there before formatting and how many were written there after formatting, how much time passed after formatting, etc.

После восстановления пятаков под процессорами на телефоне, это не такая и сложная работа, тут шаг очень большой.
Спасибо за видео. Но я бы попробовал использовать вместо наждачки ацетон. Он бы растворил верхний слой пластика, а дальше уже можно и шкуркой от окислов пройтись, на всякий случай.
Мы используем стекловолоконный карандаш. Это лучший способ избавиться от компаунда, не повредив медный слой дорожек.

Да паяльник "походный".Не уже ли у него такое тонкое жало? Глядя на видео мне стало интересно каким пропием вы пользуетесь ( с канифолью или без). Чем протираете флешку что можете перемещать шарики до пенька?

Толщина кончика жала достаточная для таких работ. Здесь мы используем обыкновенные BGA шары. Первым слоем покрываем флюсом ЛТИ-120 на спиртовой основе.

@@hightttech I usually quote at least $1400-1500 for any monolith cases. And that's assuming it's got contact points large enought to use the spide board. $2000+ if it's a case I expect to be really difficult due to tiny contact traces.
@@DatamedicsRecovery: Very interesting. How many hours might a very naughty, but successful recovery consume?? I'm always competing with the value of the equipment when it comes to charging clients. But for your client's, they must put a value on WEDDING PHOTOS, or maybe a MANUSCRIPT draft. Crazy.
@@hightttech I've wasted 2-3 days trying to get a good connection, only to finally realize the NAND must be dead anyway. Or other times spent a day or two fussing with it before finally getting NAND Id, another week dumping it, only to find that it's so degraded you'll never get a useful dump. In cases like this, you've got to factor in the high risk that you'll just waste your time and never get paid in the end. Mostly it's been professional photographers who've actually approved such cases. And yes, usually for weddings or events that can't be re-shot. Some have worked out pretty well, but definitely not all of them.
