My tip, and I cant stress this enough, if someone tells you there is a sniper somewhere believe them, you don't need to stick your head out looking for it.
Lifelines should probably listen to the tip of healing in cover. I feel like most just zoom past you and hit the revive leaving you out in the open. Sometimes it works but most of the time it just gets you downed and them in danger.
On the flip side if you have a lifeline on your team crawl you way to cover. Was playing lifeline for a challenge yesterday and my teammate got downed in the middle of containment and just crawled through the open towards my position while I was yelling "crawl to cover"
@@grivoc crawling to cover is a habit all players should have. I’m fortunate enough to have played other shooters, so I do a lot of useful things on instinct
I was lifeline "main" and I always healed when I could but not out in the open or at least I stayed on them and tried defending them. I also can't stress this enough: I don't care what legend you are, just rez if you're full heal and your mate can cover. I always always rez and we win bc of that. And I fucking hate it when I rez and my mate instantly fights instead of healing and gets knocked AGAIN!
@@CupcakeLadyOriginal well, sometimes fighting immediately instead of healing after getting res'd can end up winning you the fight especially if the res'd teammate has good aim and the enemy is distracted by your lifeline. but it depends on the situation and i guess the decision-making part is where most people mess up lol. this works well especially if the lifeline drops you a doc drone after tapping the res.
When you talked about the teammate looting the same area on drop and one of you gets the gun, you forgot to mention the best one, teammate just barely beats you to the loot bin and grabs BOTH guns as they off while you getting shot.
My personal tip: know how to exploit your enemy's position This sounds basic but if done correctly fights get exponentially easier to win The other day I was playing and a seer shot at me, I scoped out his whole squad and saw he was no where near them so I told my teammates to focus him We got the kill and his teammates left us
My tip is to manage sightlines in close range fights when you are overwhelmed. Rotating around cover, walls, etc. and having the enemies constantly lose sight of you can put you in great situations to get some free shots in.
I usually end up with a variation of 7 and 10 where I don't have the long range gun, my two teammates do and they want to stand around and grief people. Then the third party shows up and steam rolls us because I'm the only one looking and get focus-fire in a 1v3.
Dude this right here.... Or I have one teamate with tunnel vision and blinders on steam rolling ahead while I got one teamate way back behind us making life decisions on what items they want and I find myself in the middle just waiting for one of them to say team on me or the guy with tunnel vision goes head first into a push while we are a good 5-10 seconds behind.
When it comes to healing and you are fighting a very aggresive team or a team who is already pushing you, try not to heal for only 25%, try to deal as much damage as possible or use the time to get a better position. It is not worth it to pop a cell and let them go to a better spot, that can make you lose fights all the time.
I feel the pain of players landing in the exact SAME spot I land so much. I don't understand it, break off, I can't if I'm the jump leader but YOU can. But nope, they rush and grab everything and then cuss me saying I suck when we instantly die while I try punching someone to death, only have grenades, or just leave to the next area to get a weapon. It's also funny listening to people's reactions when you offer them better gear instead of taking it. It shows how much people are used to getting screwed and don't know how to act when they have a teammate that actually understands if your team is taken care of then you have a better shot at winning.
As a controller player, when i hit swaps in very stressful situations i slide into the box so i can swap and keep momentum. It also automatically pulls you out of box when you get too far, so your timing needs to be fast enough.
Bro tunnel vision without considering line of sight is my biggest friggin mistake thank u so much Also melee is super slept on it can be so clutch when u have someone one or two shot instead of reloading in their face
Yeah I'm semi new to Apex, I'm returning after leaving after season 5, I keep making some of these mistakes and one of the major ones I make is getting held out in the open alot
Your channel is really helpful. I started to play again now after I quitted season 11, Im starting to watch Apex Content again, and I like yours especially. The tips are really helpful, like im thinking about them in battle, and try to use them. I love to play Arena (my internet is bad and br lags really bad), I see myself getting better and better, im getting like all games 1k-2k damage and good kills. Love from Germany🇩🇪🇩🇪🇩🇪❤❤❤
I have a problem where I reload the second someone goes down, even if I still have a good number of ammo and the other team is pushing... trying to break that habit though! Edit: also when taking a fight and I can afford it (ult not ready, for example) I will put my drone as Crypto a little ways back pointing away so we get a head's up if another team is about to jump us
Besides bad aim, the main reasons I die the most are: #1 my secondary gun isn't reloaded when I'm about to shoot. #2 Bad positioning. Sometimes I get caught between two squads. #3 Bad game audio, can't hear enemies footsteps. Although I'm healing whenever I can and taking cover as much as possible nowadays.
Well, I knocked someone in my first game ever, before being killed by the persons teammate. I like it - Apex could be the first Battle Royale game that I get along with
Yeah I really wish people would stop following me when we land and loot in the same spot. I always end up with nothing cause they loot swipe. You can loot a different spot and still stick together
i wish more randoms understood the "don't land on top of your teammate". I'm jumpmaster pretty much every game because i, amazingly enough, don't really mind it, unlike everyone else who plays apex but it's gets annoying when no ones splits off from you.
Use snipers and a premade squad. Land somewhat hot with a mobility legend in the team to cover more area. Allow enemy to heal if you are confident you can kill them. Safely thirst downed enemies. Nades also help.
Bloodhound seer manes are a joke respawn holding your hand as they tell where and how to agress your enemies. It’s like the big ass little kid that never took off his training wheels.
Didn't really know how to do this but I wanted to do the super thanks! You've already helped me with movement and aim in just a short amount of time! Thank you so much! I just won a dup trios game thank to you
How good is double tap trigger? I see people leave it all the time and say that it's trash... And when I use it it seems pretty hard to control for me. :c
always watch your map and know.where your teammates are! be aware of your enemy pos yes but, also be sure you know where your teammates are at all time! flank if you must but coordinate and communicate clearly!
Wait... People actually forget to reload in shooters in this day and age? The only issue I have with reloading is that my mouse is really sensitive with the scroll wheel, and sometimes I cause myself to switch weapons. But when it's because I ran out of ammo altogether because a fight just sponged it and so the game switches my gun for me, I sometimes auto react to scroll back thinking "Hey, I didn't want to switch guns. So I switch back to a gun with no ammo and usually die because of it. Only twice did I not. Got away once, and punched out the other guy the second time.
It’s crazy how many teammates don’t break off jump master. I’m in Diamond, when I solo queue there’s a 95% chance at least one of my teammates stays attached. How do people not learn fundamentals in high ranks?
I wait until we're a little over halfway there when I solo-que, because sometimes the other player decides to switch places last second. I make sure to go to a different building/area though! Do you think that's alright? Or should I break off sooner?
I love how people diss the charge rifle as if 90% of the guns In The game aren’t straight laser beams to begin with. There’s like four guns in the game that require “skill” and they’re all considered terrible or mid in the majority of seasons.
Like there’s no way you can diss the charge rifle, then show yourself running the alternator for half your clips, one of many auto guns with no recoil at all.
And anyone pretending bullet drop is actually an issue just doesn’t know how it works - the sight literally tells you where to aim based on how far away they are. If you’re actually getting beamed to death by a charge rifle from several hundred meters, you’ve made several critical errors and would have died against any competent player with any sniper anyway.
The thing that infuriates me the most is that I always get an enemy stuck up my butt because my teammates give wrong or no call outs about how many are alive. Another thing is that many don't listen to me and I could okay the "bc I'm a woman" card but I am not certain. I often call knocks or cracks and I want to push but my team does not. For me the callout "cracked" and "knocked" are the go for pushing. And many ppl don't see it that way. Also many ppl don't even care about their mates. I often callout that I'm low or I need to heal and they start rushing in alone while I am stuck healing.
My biggest tip is just don't suck LIKE ME lol. I just can't play this no more bc of my reflexes are slow bc of age. Just like rocket league I use to love but suck at it now haha
If I actually had team m8s who were helpful, I would win a lot more, cuz almost every time I have a very coordinated and good team m8, I (most of the time) win.

My personal tip: Always watch your windows, whether indoors or out.
I like that, very true!
How 'bout Linux?
Lifelines should probably listen to the tip of healing in cover. I feel like most just zoom past you and hit the revive leaving you out in the open. Sometimes it works but most of the time it just gets you downed and them in danger.
its because players who play lifeline sucks. the average play behavior of a lifeline is worst than other legends
On the flip side if you have a lifeline on your team crawl you way to cover. Was playing lifeline for a challenge yesterday and my teammate got downed in the middle of containment and just crawled through the open towards my position while I was yelling "crawl to cover"

When you talked about the teammate looting the same area on drop and one of you gets the gun, you forgot to mention the best one, teammate just barely beats you to the loot bin and grabs BOTH guns as they off while you getting shot.

Good content mate, nice to watch when getting back into the game and hearing a little tip I didn’t remember before
I play with my cousin and he wants to get better, the first thing I did is send him to your channel. I've already seen some improvements!

Yeah I really wish people would stop following me when we land and loot in the same spot. I always end up with nothing cause they loot swipe. You can loot a different spot and still stick together
Bro u should make a full video on bad/good drops and the right and wrong way to hot drop
The only counter I have to the weapon selection based off teammates is maybe you’re running one person for the armor leveling up.
