It's the opposite. Makes the farming easier, which is what Pokémon fans have been asking for. Camera/Encounter rate? Seriously? They give you SOS, and in return they lower the percent's by a few. So either the fanbase you see, Staredge, are children who are insatiable, or they just don;'t like what they've been doing for the past 10 years. Camera? Well, that's the first I've heard of it. X/Y didn't receive any hate for it, neither did ORAS. So when S/M has it, it's okay to hate on it? Why not on X/Y or ORAS? Gen V experience system returning? You didn't gain EXP for catching Pokémon in B/W. That was an XY thing. And again, no one complained about it.

Never before had any moment in Pokemon held such tension and glory, and nothing afterward at the time of this writing would hold such high accolades. The music, N's roster, the looming despair of facing down one of the gods of Unova that can easily wipe your own off the face of the earth. People might hate on Gen 5 for the pokemon expies and designs, but it will always hold a place as my favorite overall generation for its heavy emphasis on story and character development.

It's also absolutelly terrifying. There's also many hints that N might actually be a Zoroark. He was "abandonned in the forest and found there by Ghetsis". "Raised with pokemon". His room as a child was "inhabitted by a Zorua". He can talk to pokemon. We are shown zoroarks can pretend to be humans and talk because one gives you a TM (Snarl) (only talking pokemon in the games). In B/W2 you follow a zoroark and find N instead. Is this music surprising, comming from a dark type pokemon?

By far the best battle in ANY Pokemon game, the fact that so much feels at stake, the fact that N is a likable character, and the fact that you BOTH HAVE LEGENDARY DRAGONS! Makes this fight a total blast. This is even better than the final rival battle in the original games and that's saying something!
The only rival that can literally talk to pokemon and caught a legendary by himself, interrupts the last moment in the pokemon league, your forced to catch the legendary that shows up epically in the league, then you fight him with his team including the opposite legendary from yours. no other rival is beating that anytime soon.
At first I thought N was just an evil guy who wanted to control the world....but now I understand his story. He then leaves on B/W. But in chargestone cave you can here him talking in B2/W2. Then at the end when you are about to die....he saves you with Reshiram/Zekrom. How in the heck can this guy be evil?

A battle against the King of Team Plasma, an innocent child risen by an incredibly evil man in a castle that rose from the ground after you go through the championship route. Sounds legit.
It's a shame they got super worse with the story in BW2, man. I don't know what they were thinking... "Man let's make Ghetsis more like a crazy super-villain rather than someone manipulative and intelligent and let's get rid of N because he was a *bad* character eheuuheu" I mean I like Ghetsis and all but really? I guess they watched too much films or something, because that really isn't how Pokemon villains usually are. Nobody talks about frozing someone to death in a child-welcoming game.
N is probably my favorite pokemon character ever. I liked how mysterious and interesting he is. So when Ghetsis said all those cruel things to him I didn't regret beating him in battle at all! Too bad his pokemon were hurt... They weren't the bad guy, he was.

Jinouga Hunter Honestly the only hated gen 1 design i support is magnemite. And that is only because i like both its types, its stat distribution, and the concept of magnetism. Why did they make pokemon out of feces? At least magnetism can be useful for many things. I think the main issue is that things that were made by people are pokemon. If people want to see animals, go outside. Or to a zoo. There isnt a visually nonappealing pokemon so people shouldnt complain, especially about gen 5.
I personally like what they're doing. I think it's about time Game Freak realizes Pokemon has an older audience than six year olds, and they've started making the game more interesting for that audience.

I never thought of N as a villain. I always thought of him as a lost soul that had good intensions and the right idea, but was pulled to Team Plasma's side and used as a tool by Ghetsis. He grew up with Pokémon as a child and has grown to love them like they were his brethren. He wants to protect his friends from getting hurt or injured. What N doesn't understand is, if the Pokémon is taught with great care and love, battling strengthens the bond between Pokémon and trainer.
Reshiram destroyed my team in White 2, but I beat him when he used Recovery with 2 Close Combat from my Lucario. Iris is too weak to be champion it should be N.
I just finished Pokemon Black, it was amazing and hard but i managed and also had the best story in all pokemon games i played. This was my team: Samurott the Samurai Lilligant(traded by a Lass as a Petill) the Sweet Lady Audino the healer nurse Simisear the burning monkey Vanilluxe the Powerful Ice Cream Musharna the Sleepyhead. Also Reshiram as a help in the final battle.
+Jose Thomas Tidal the Samurott Staraptor Accelgor Spark the Galavantua Xander the Krokorock Cobalion ( Originally caught him for the sake of the Ice Gym, but became a integral part of the team in the end) And Reshiram as help. The humorous part about this is that all of my Pokemon were below Level 50, with Tidal, Cobalionk, and Reshiram tying for Level 49, Staraptor and Xander for Level 47, Accelgor for Level 44, and Spark for Level 43.
Then that just makes his character even better. And truly, people are quite like that. It's been a while I seem to have forgotten that detail. Thanks for sharing. He is a very well-written character, especially for a kids game.

I haven't played DPPt in forever, and before the leaks, I didn't know Defog was coming back as a tutor move, so I was thinking DPPt remakes were gonna be a good thing. But now the only competitive hope on my mind is that the remakes keep the TM list the same (which isn't gonna happen, knowing ORAS).
At the same time though I hope they create more characters like this in future games with such good stories behind them. The final battle with N at the end of Black and White I have to say was IMMENSELY more satisfying than any battle with a champion.

N isn't just my favourite Pokemon villain, he's probably one of my favourite game characters of all time. His purpose in the story is totally contradictory to the entirety of Pokemon, and that, as well as his genuine will of doing the right thing, make him a compelling character to battle. The fact his team changes each and every time is also interesting. And his battle themes... Are great.

At first I thought N was just an evil guy who wanted to control the world....but now I understand his story. He then leaves on B/W. But in chargestone cave you can here him talking in B2/W2. Then at the end when you are about to die....he saves you with Reshiram/Zekrom. How in the heck can this guy be evil?

aaproductions23 I think Gen 5 has the best characters overall.Apart from Ghetsis,no one is actually truly evil or truly good,they're all driven by different ambitions,and you can't deny to all have some really good reasons to act,especially N,the rival from BW2,Team Plasma itself,Colress,there is no perfect good vs. perfect evil like in every other Pokemon game,just different opinions and beliefs in clash with each other,that's the reason Gen 5 has the best story,the best characters,and it's one of the reasons Gen 5 is my all-time favourite Generation.
And then there are those idiots who say "trash bags and ice cream suck." I would rather have a trash bag than sentient fecal matter. Plus you know how Japan has all these strange things in its culture that are taboo in the US/Europe? Good example would be Ness in Magicant in Earthbound. Jinouga Hunter Honestly the only hated gen 1 design i support is magnemite. And that is only because i like both its types, its stat distribution, and the concept of magnetism. Why did they make pokemon out of feces? At least magnetism can be useful for many things. I think the main issue is that things that were made by people are pokemon. If people want to see animals, go outside. Or to a zoo. There isnt a visually nonappealing pokemon so people shouldnt complain, especially about gen 5.
I personally like what they're doing. I think it's about time Game Freak realizes Pokemon has an older audience than six year olds, and they've started making the game more interesting for that audience.

I never thought of N as a villain. I always thought of him as a lost soul that had good intensions and the right idea, but was pulled to Team Plasma's side and used as a tool by Ghetsis. He grew up with Pokémon as a child and has grown to love them like they were his brethren. He wants to protect his friends from getting hurt or injured. What N doesn't understand is, if the Pokémon is taught with great care and love, battling strengthens the bond between Pokémon and trainer.
Reshiram destroyed my team in White 2, but I beat him when he used Recovery with 2 Close Combat from my Lucario.
Iris is too weak to be champion it should be N.

I haven't played DPPt in forever, and before the leaks, I didn't know Defog was coming back as a tutor move, so I was thinking DPPt remakes were gonna be a good thing. But now the only competitive hope on my mind is that the remakes keep the TM list the same (which isn't gonna happen, knowing ORAS).
At the same time though I hope they create more characters like this in future games with such good stories behind them. The final battle with N at the end of Black and White I have to say was IMMENSELY more satisfying than any battle with a champion.

In black/white he was, but in Black/White 2 he's a reformed villan, which means he helps you.

In black and where, ghetsis makes n team plasma's king, making him believe that team plasmas goal was to free pokemon from people, when ghetsis actual goal was for team plasma be the only one with pokemon. So n wakes reshiram/zekrom and becomes the hero so everyone will listen to him. ( correct me if wrong)

N isn't just my favourite Pokemon villain, he's probably one of my favourite game characters of all time.
His purpose in the story is totally contradictory to the entirety of Pokemon, and that, as well as his genuine will of doing the right thing, make him a compelling character to battle. The fact his team changes each and every time is also interesting.
And his battle themes... Are great.
