If you are not entertained by this video at all, you do not enjoy the game of golf. This is exactly how golf treats you. Just when you think things are going your way, it smacks you back down. Golf has a wonderful way of dragging you along with how your playing partner is playing, typically if they play well you do… this is the very opposite. So humbling to watch you both keep your sense of humour, golf can be the most testing of sports to challenge your mental state 😂⛳️ most enjoyable to watch even if I should apologise 😊

Yep, that was a bit of a rollercoaster of a match. Had to feel sorry for Matt and his 1st bunker position - that was brutally bad luck.

That dome is the dome of St Peter and St Paul and St Philomena Church in New Brighton, Andy. It's known as "The dome of home" because it was a distinctive landmark for sailors heading in to Liverpool, especially during wartime. Making me feel rather homesick from over here in New England!

Always enjoy your matches,on a point re rakes.. was always told to leave the rake in the bunker exactly for the reason of how Matts ball finished on the 18th. Although Matt duffed it into the bunker,his errant second shot wasn’t penalised by finding the bunker in the first place?

I find it quite a relief that both Andy and Matt (PGA pros) hit second shots (and third) on the first hole just as good (bad really) as I have, so I don't feel too bad about my game! 😅😅
