So wait. Are you saying if I gain qts on my scitt, I STILL can't teach till I do two additional training years? So am I teacher or not? Also, will the pay be less for ect teachers since we're not considered completed teacher training yet?? I am very confused.

I think you have 5 years post graduating to complete the ECT years

@@najatalfahham1086 I have just banked my first year and I will at a new school in September but not continuing the ECT induction. As it stands, I can do the second year of my ECT induction whenever I like.
