Hey man, I've been listening to a lot of your videos recently. I really appreciate you giving this content. I just got hired to work with intuits as a QuickBooks online pro advisor and customer support expert. But it's all part of a bigger plan to have my own super profitable bookkeeping firm. Anyways, I just wanted to say again thanks for what you're doing. It's really inspiring and valuable to hear your videos, so I'm looking forward to listening to this one now. cheers man.
Thanks for the new video post for 2025 Bookkeeping Business. I'm glad to see you take a few moments from your new fund management business to keep this channel relevant for bookkeeping. Thanks for the motivation for success.😊
Exactly, Currently I'm in UAE, I'm from Karachi, Pakistan. ACCA student Having 4+ years in Accounting and Finance. Implement ODOO and other Accounting softwares and now Start working on QuickBooks in uae in New job.
Hi! I’m starting my bookkeeping business and I have my first client! I have a bachelors in accounting and have worked in various accounting positions for employers AP,AR, construction accounting manager which had me responsible for all accounting including payroll 😅 I recently did a conversion/migration from QB desktop to QB online and I am unsure what is a fair price to charge for this service do you have any advise? I am charging $150 a month for entering transactions/reconciling and reports. Which is around $3 per transaction. Just looking for some advice and enjoying your videos - thank you for your feedback and advice very helpful!
By the way all I do is Xero Bookkeeping Business Activity returns and payroll which are all wrapped up in one as a BAS agent ie business activity statement includes all that. Due to the training requirement trained in all that. And I even got my oldest son in on the act.
Hey Zach, thanks so much for your videos. They have been extremely helpful and I have been able to start my bookkeeping business as of November of last year. Mostly based on your information. And I had to say your marketing strategies are really working because just recently I got my 10th booked call on Calendly so I am definitely talking to business owners. I haven’t landed my first client yet but you know it’s a game of numbers so the more people I talk to yeah the more chances I get. What I’m actually wondering from you is I have a business owner reaching out to me or like a nonprofit I guess founder of a 501(c)(3) and it seems to me that there are a lot of different. Kind of rules that you have to learn with bookkeeping for a nonprofit organization and so I was planning to just tell him I don’t do that but I was just curious as to what your opinion is on that?
I LOST ABOUT 115LBS AND BROKE MY ADDICTION TO NICOTINE IN 2024...FOR 2025 I AM STARTING MY OWN BOOKKEEPING BUSINESS! Sorry for the full caps...NOT SORRY ABOUT BEING EXCITED! WHEEE! 🥳
You have proven you know how to reach your goals, quitting nicotine is not easy. Keep up the good work I know you will be successful starting your business. (It's my goal also to start my own bookkeeping business, don't worry there is plenty of work out there for all of us😄)
Good to hear bro. I'm 31, broke and still living with my parents. Currently working to start a bookkeeping business ASAP. Since I have no experience, I'm having to start from scratch and learn everything from the ground up. The QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification isn't available here in the UK. So, I'm using Xero instead
@@rustynails8756 and also to you thank you! Addiction is truly a horrible beast, not only the physical but also the psychological, to break free is a wonderful feeling! Faith also helps A-LOT! 😃
Happy new year! Love this channel. Been my source of info & inspiration to start my own bookkeeping business for a few weeks now. Currently 23 years old in my junior year as a finance student at UTSA taking accounting II and gaining certifications through quickbooks. Got my certification in Bookkeeping now I’m getting my Quickbooks ProAdvisor. It’s a step by step process but surely I speak for everyone who watches that this content is extremely useful. Do you recommend getting an LLC or is that something to consider down the road for when I have more clients?
Ideally it’s nice to be setup that way from the start to keep your own books. You can however start and get a few clients and get money coming in and then do that. If anything open a separate account just for the business just to have a separate account until you get an LLC and get a business bank account
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! Just a quick off-topic question: I have a SafePal wallet with USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (wonder obey dial dash soon tank spike scout region undo zero such). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Hello from Charlotte, NC! I have a bachelors in economics which I took a few basic accounting courses for. I’m looking for a good crash course in bookkeeping/how to execute the basic services you offer so I can feel confident putting myself out there. Is there an online course you recommend?
Unfortunately the barrier to entry is very high in Australia. One somehow has to find a supervisor to offer services plus having done the appropriate course. Of course that does keep numbers down. Anyway me being pure entrepreneur that fact never stopped me at all as it was just another thing to work around. There is now a small group of us who are doing this business under a supervisor. Xero is the go to in Australia so I am naturally certified. Damn I have to setup a RUclips account and get rid of that earlier business.

Happy New Year! Thanks for the video. Super informative!
Thank you. How do you handle cleanups? Would you say that your course would teach how to do the cleanup part? Is it basic bookkeeping? Thanks 🙂
Thanks bro! ...Working on it. ✌️

You can charge way more! $500/month just for bookkeeping. Charge the same or 2-5x more for migrating. Clean up is where it’s at

That's huge, $500 per client, and you have 80 client, what a number😀
Great Video! ACCTG 211 - Is this the course you took at Penn State online? I did 8 years Air Force and have the GI Bill
