Great what happens to the coils..do they move with bloodstream to other parts of the body, to lungs or heart causing a stroke?
Im planning to do that procedure for hemaroids but scared about outcome as ive been warned that the coils anď particles would move to other parts of body causing serious problems

Generally speaking no they should stay in place if sized correctly

@@sarelgaurMD so still there is a risk of serious problems and they can move with bloodstream to lungs and heart

@@mattjones4935 there’s always a little risk. Location matters. These coils are in a small systemic artery. If coiling a large vein that could travel to the heart if undersized

@@sarelgaurMD why don't they make them dissolvable coils that last 1 year inside artery then dissolved rather than using a metal coil..unless they glue them with a perminant glue to the artery
