The difference in how Diallos screams "In blood!" Is such a neat detail. The first one is more desperate and angry, he's only thinking of revenge for Lanya, and the second one is more confident and authoritative, he knows he has a duty to the jars and he's ready to really defend them to the last. I still think he could have had a better ending where his motto changes to "House Hoslow's tale need not be told in blood." And simply continued to care for Jarburg.
I still hope there will be a patch where you can get a different ending for him by fighting off the poachers. Considering how Jarburg’s questline wasn’t complete by the release and a patch had to continue it, we just might have a chance at another patch. Honestly, if there is one character I would wish a good ending for, it would be Diallos.
Possible story implications and spoilers if not completed dialogue/quest line: I could see it after he openly mocked Godrick. Calling the guy a coward fleeing hiding in cover with the woman and children. Kenneth outside his stuck up/royal like personality has a pretty good integrity/honor. Obviously not a warrior, but he isn't a slouch by any means . The fact he wasn't full of hot air in talking about dialogue and some kind of peace with the more beastial people. Or picking a pretty good choice for a successor for Stormveil without likely knowing she is descended from the first Elden Lord. At first he came off as a over privilege, stuck up, and coward. But after going through the whole quest and dialogue he is none, except slightly stuck up😅.

Millicent can only kill you after you give the needle. Until that she's lying dying and can't be hit. So no, she can't kill you when she's dying, but she can fight back after the needle made her feel better.

@@ergoniz6011 I think the NPC invader version of Milicent has more to it than it looks. She's fine as an invader, and it seems like she's affected by the Rot of the swamp as well. I guess it's more of a defense mechanism for Milicent by the Scarlet Rot outer god. Could be wrong here.
@@ergoniz6011 there a couple invaders that make no sense, you can get invaded by vyke too but he is in an evergael in the snow area. I think them coming from other dimensions makes more sense than assuming they are one and the same as the ones you can interact with
A bit of a spoiler here about Blaidd but, when you do his questline and he gets trapped in the evergoal jail, you can free him and you can hit him to hear interesting voicelines, same when he gets mad of receiving several hits there, more voiceline. Im sure he would even say more when killing you there.

You can get there through a teleportation gate in the land of the giants. It's the blood covered one north of the village where the black knife assassin stalks you IIRC.
Is there something important with varre xD? cause i attacked him on first playtrough thinking hes first miniboss and now i cant quit it without killing him
So, first off- of someone is not attacking you, and speaking, they're probably an NPC. And if you still have doubts, try to lock-on to them, you can't target NPCs unless hostile. Secondly, Varre has a questline that unlocks the bloody finger, which is used to invade other players, and also gets you earlier access to Mohg's realm. You can get the Recusant finger from the Volcano manor questline to do invasions, and there are other methods to reach Mohg's area, so you don't have to do his quest either, it's just a bit faster.
I'm not sure if this is obligatory in order to meet him but i have met him in every single playthrough and what might have caused it is that i finished yura's questline prior to reaching the zamor ruins. Hope this helps

its just a small questline that allows you to get to a popular rune farming spot early game, its really not crucial
