Hey Robbie! Please take some down time over the holidays. Don’t worry about posting videos. You need to recharge and enjoy family too! But we love you! ❤
To get stickers off in one piece, leave the entire sticker on the item (don't try to take any part of it off) and use either a really wet sponge or a tiny piece of very wet paper towel and place it over the entire sticker, paper and all. After about a half hour the entire thing will just slide right off, leaving no residue. I'm a gift shop retailer and it took me years to figure this out...duh.
Robbie, make sure to eat at the Amish restaurant if they have one. There is a place in PA where people go to eat Amish breakfast and then they stay for lunch, the food is that good.
Use your ice box either to store your garden tools or move it to the garden, use it to grow veggies, or put your soil in it. You can do a lot with it, color it the green color you like.
Oh happy day. As I completed this video RUclips acknowledged I had reached 5,000 Likes. Glad I reached it Liking a video on your channel Robbie. I wonder if they send a plaque?
If rubbing alcohol doesn’t work to remove the label, you could try the heat of a hairdryer. That usually works for me. I’ve never gotten good results with the Goo Gone thing. For oils, baby oil and olive oil have better results, but you don’t want your clay to obsorb oils and turn darker, unless you want to change the color shade of the entire pot 😉🥰
Yes Dallas!!! You should absolutely check out the Dallas Farmers markets on a Saturday or Sunday morning, they are attached to one of my favorite garden centers in the heart of the city called 'Rubials'. Have the best time!
I love the garden area behind you for this weeks Q&A, would you ever consider turning this area into a *secret garden* ? It already has the little pond, it would look so cute! Also keep the cooler, just plant it up 🙂
I just went to the aquarium in Dallas during spring break with my kids. We enjoyed it but not as much as the zoo and the Perot science building. We have been to the Chattanooga aquarium though, and it is so amazing. Have fun in Dallas!
I have found that if I keep my new Pennington pots wet for a day or two, and then take off the label, it comes off cleanly. Pulling off the label from a dry pot seems to leave the stickiness. Hope this works for you too!
We have lived next door to people who had 2 to 3 McCall’s. they are very very loud, but over the years we got used to them. It was so funny because we had friends would come over and the birds with squawk and the people said What was that? They thought it was a kid getting hurt and so funny.
Just now seeing this video. So happy you’re coming to DFW. I live in Arlington TX. The Aquarium you mentioned is the Dallas World Aquarium. And yes it’s amazing! Our growing zone changed here for North Texas. Climate change is very real here. Our summers have been so intense that even native plants have struggled. We have had winter freezes that killed all our plants. The struggle is real here! I too enjoy seeing your old dog. They are the best! Our pug almost made 19 years. That rooster is trying to outtalk you! Potted boxwoods are my favorites. Really enjoy your videos.
Happy Monday Robbie ,Brent and friends, Question for Robbie, hey Robbie do you want us to try to remind you about treating your neighbors pecan tree for aphids? If yes when do we? Just trying to help ❤ have a wonderful week everyone!❤❤
I sent your friend a recipe!!! I had chickens but they suffered in our high heat. I can't let them roam because we have chicken hawks, vultures and coyotes to worry about. Plus, their feed cost is way higher than a few years ago.
Thank you for answering my question about the window boxes. They look wonderful. Zone 7b - coastal Virginia - dusty miller has returned several years in a row!
Hi Robbie! Love your videos. You’re the first one I watch each day that you post:) I’m a native Texan-tell me more about this Amish Market near DFW. I have never heard of it and I’m interested in a visit!
Robbie you need to sell that calendar with no dates but us lazy gardeners could buy and put our our dates on. I need that and I’m sure so many more need it! We just don’t want to make it!
We got the Swan Island Dahlias catalog, wow, wow and more wows. We put an order in before the catalog came and let them know that you recommended them. They ware very helpful and nice. We will be ordering more. Enjoy your family visit and your trip to Texas 🌹
Hi Brent, it was nice to see you on a video since you are so much a a part of making these videos that I enjoy so much. Please tell Robbie to try Goof Off on his terracotta pot. I get mine from Home Depot in the paint department. I have never had it leave a stain and it removes, among other things, labels really well.
Hey Robbie == do you have any wisdom about Gladiolas? Also, do you have any Grapes growing in your Kingdom garden?? If so, I would love to learn how you created its grow spot, and any concerns you may have about growing Grapes. I love that you take us with you on your Journeys......watching you from Central Canada......Zone 4a Gardener [and YES to plastering plans on a wall.....I do that on my closet doors.......radicals we are lol] I am a Undone Maximalist decor advocate.....I must be able to see my stuff too....lol
Hi Robbie. Dusty miller is also sold as an annual here but one year I didn’t pull them out in my fall cleanup and noticed they had returned in the spring. I have planted more ever since as borders and love them zone 4 Canada. I might loose a couple occasionally but I always start some by seed just in case as spare to replace. My advice to gardeners is don’t be afraid to experiment.
Wow, zone 3 Manitoba here...hope that works with the amount of snow protection from shovelling our sidewalk. I forgot to remove one so it’s still in the ground! 🤞❄️🇨🇦❄️
I’m in CA, but interested in visiting an Amish store. Could you share a more detailed location please? Maybe a little tour, but I do understand you need to honor the community prefers not be personally photographed. Do you ship or take an extra bag to check upon your return when flying? Suggestions please and thank you.
Northwest Michigan, zone 6, about 1/2 of my Dusty Miller survives our very snowy, cold winters, even though it’s an annual. There’s no rhyme or reason to it!
Robbie don’t apologize for taking time to be with family❤
Packing tape to get the sticky stuff off! It works wonders.
I love hearing the rooster in the background of your videos. It is so obvious he is crowing to your voice. It's very sweet.
Hi Robbie, you should add lights like the ones you put up for Janie, they would look beautiful in your veggie garden

Don’t get rid of the beverage cooler! It’s a perfect potting tray - especially if you have/put wheels on it! 👍
@sandistolle4874 great idea

before I had my truck I did the exact same thing with cutting a cattle panel at tractor supply 🤣.
Good morning, I use either baby oil or rubbing alcohol on labels. Goo Gone is not the same as it used to be. 😊
Come to San Antonio River walk, during this time of year it's beautiful with Christmas lights. 🎄

I've been to two Home Depots and can't find the little lemony cypress! Love the window boxes and want to make them.

Same! I've never heard of the Amish in Texas, and I've lived here my whole life.
I like Jason at Fraser Valley Rose Farm. 🌲💚🙃

I love that the rooster crowed all through your video lol! What new plant are you excited about growing next year either from plant or seed?
Loving your videos Robbie, you have just a great attitude!
Thanks for answering my box question. I just could not figure out it's purpose.
You guys are so sweet, love watching all your videos.
I love the q and a’s! You have such a calming and peaceful vibe ❤

Hi Robbie...I use a hair dryer on all my labels. The heat makes them come off very easily. I love all your videos, keep it up .
New look dusty miller 🙌
I think I’ve seen either Monty Don or Bunny Guiness propagate boxwoods! They both have great channels too!
Love your videos🌿
Good morning Robbie!!!🤗💙🌺
Would Love gardening at grandma's

Lemon essential oil will take lanes off.. and it’s non toxic!
Goooood morning Robbie!!
Yes, I find out of all my annuals that Dusty Miller seems to withstand the frost and just keeps going strong 😀

👋🏻 Brent . 🌲💚🙃
I would like to get some Terra Cotta pots. Are they cold weather tolerant for winter months? Do they crack/break in cold weather?
I’m zone 3 Manitoba and we bring them inside as they have cracked or had edges crumble. It depends how cold your winters are. ❄️🇨🇦❄️
🎄🎄❤️
Do u have snake’s in your garden?
