Hello, I'm a native of Zagreb with some updates/corrections. There are only two TMK 2200 K trams in service. They were built as prototypes, but the main order for them never materialized. Currently, there are two orders of vehicles expected, one is for 20 shorter trams and one is for 60 longer trams. Both orders are now going through the paperwork and it is not yet known who will win the tenders. They will, however, definitely not be TMK 2200, as KONČAR no longer produces this model.
Update: Končar-Gredelj won the tender and will produce new generation of Crotram, called TMK 2300, in next few years. Also in transitional period ZET is buying a dozen of older modernized used trams. ZET is also planning to expand the tram network for 3,7 km to connect Kvaternikov trg and Svišće and also in Novi Zagreb for new 2 km, in next few years.
Great commentary video about the trams in Zagreb also the city itself is very beautiful There are very few transport youtubers that make videos as detailed as this you could get really popular in the future from this 😊
The cities are having similar populations too. Perhaps after the fleet renewal is completed, they might focus on upgrading the instructure again. It’s interesting to see that local companies like PESA and Končar still manage to bring competition with large players as Alstom, Siemens, Škoda and Stadler.

@@realdronthego no problem continue with the work
When I look at Zagreb it reminds me of Kraków but there the tram network is more developed (tram bridges, tunnels, underground stops).
