I'm installing LED's today. No doubt the LEDs are better. The only concern I can see is the housing icing over in the winter due to the low temperatures of the LEDs.
@@chasec4478 well that’s just stupid isn’t it. I did find some things that replace the amber but you have to totally open your headlight and screw in the clear ones
@@dantekeskin1512 yea it’s not easy opening up these headlights and you can mess them up real easily. I just got a new set of headlights and all LEDs and it looks much better.
I have the same ones in my 2015 but I have the amber for the running lights and the turn signals instead of the white for the running lights. I had the white ones/ amber and the white looked yellow through the lens. The amber/amber looks alot better. I can post a video on my channel showing the differences
I like these light and will order me a set for sure. Just wondering, have you given anymore thought on doing a video on how to use the crc gdi intake valve cleaner or at least give your opinion? I want to install the catch can but would like to clean my valves first. I know you've been busy. JK Alabama.
I made a change with my 2015 2500 to LEDs, but the rear brake/turn signals needed a resistor due to hyper flash. I ended up buying a set of LEDs that had factory resistors. The taillight parking light (921) was OK, no resistor needed.
I put these in my 2018 3500 with clear corners and you can barley tell they are on as running lights, the turn signals get bright. I wish they were always bright and went to the dim light for the turn signal.
They are worth it, I’ve just had some opportunities given to me to test other brands. In fact the Bosllas will be going in my wife’s 4Runner - I’ll make a video!
Hey I want to buy them for all my lights now lol but the only options for brake lights say that if it doubles as turn signal it will hyperflash anyone have this problem before I buy them
bkcrawford23 if installing led’s in front or rear you will need resistors for each bulb/led. The ohms are too low for led so the cpu reads it as a bad bulb and causes hyper flash.
Just installed mine yesterday. Worked fine for quite a while. This morning my left began to hyper flash after leaving on for 10 seconds. No issues on right signals. Would like to know if there is a fix for this
It really is. 8 10mm bolts and 4 7mm bolts hold the grill and valance on. You can pull the whole assembly off without having to separate the two pieces like in other videos
Hope you sanitized them! The 10 year old kid that probably assembled them may have been infected. We need to get the hell out of China with all this stuff!!!

Red will look better. New bulb looks a whole lot better. Thanks for sharing. Nice!!
Kind of pointless without clear corner headlights.
What? You can’t just buy a clear corner instead of the orange or do you have to buy a whole new headlight?
@@dantekeskin1512 nope you have to buy all new headlights

Thanks for the video . I think the White sticker on the back window will look good.

Andrew Kellman it only looks good if you have clear corner lights like mine.
@@chasec4478 Yeah but you cannot find The clear lanes lights
James Adams yea they didn’t make a lot of them it seems. I got lucky finding my second pair after my truck got hit.

Keep the 2014 Silverado videos coming!!!
BamaZ71 mine are better 😉
You should do a video on the 6l80e thermostat mod.

Where did you get the LED's with factory resistors?
What tail light LED bulbs do you have from Lastfit?

So you didn’t need resistors?
Like the video man. Ok, so the lights has a switch for the blinkers and run?
Dang why didn't I see this before I ordered plain amber LEDs.... just might have to send them back...
Hope you see this...WHAT SIZE LIFT, AND WHAT BRAND OF LIFT DID YOU GET ON YOUR HIGH COUNTRY TRUCK? I have a 2014 as well...
It is a 3.5” rough country kit! If I could do it over I think I’d go with the 2” Bilstein leveling shocks, I believe that would offer a superior ride.
@@DustinT are those Bilstein shocks better than the ones that come on our trucks?
@@DustinT I have the 2" leveling kit and it's not quite enough, I like the stance of yours.
How are they long term?
What made you put the power valance back on? Great video man.
What size lift is on this truck and what are your Rim Brands
Do you have the link for the switchbacks?
Nice, now imma get one to my truck too.
Soo any 7443 light can fit dont have to be 7443A?
You need clear housings!
Wesley D like mine!!!
Great video, look at all those coke cans in your truck!! Lol I’m a coke fan too, keep up the great job
What happened to your Bosla LED headlights that have 4 modes, you did a video last November? Are they worth it? Or what happened?

@@DustinT nice I have some coming in the mail tomorrow for my 15 Silverado. That yellow mode will come in handy up in Iowa with our snow.
Is it done the same way on the 2015?
It is!
Thank you
Wow amazing. Bro you got me to buy the ones for the back now I am going to get this lol

How do you do it on tha back of truck rear
Nice video
Do you need resistors for these?
No resistors needed for these, plug and play
Since you’ve installed, have you had any issues with the running/turn signals? Without a resistor?
Just curious because I just installed them in my truck and people are asking questions
RED
Do they hyper flash?
No hyper flash here, big pro of these over some cheaper brands.
@@DustinT had my right top acting up.... like it will not turn on but will signal when used... changed out bulb and issue went away.
@@DustinT Mine started to hyper flash when sitting at the stoplights for a minute with constant turn signal on

U probably didnt need the switchback anyways since u dont have the clear lense.
Those are pointless without Clear Lenses....
Right 😂
Red slot better
It’s about 1,000 times easier to just pull the grill off... trust me.
No kidding? I’ll have to check that out, thanks buddy!
