Congrats on the county approval. It's a big accomplishment. For others watching and learning to do their own install, the NEC requires an Intersystem Bonding Termination Bar at your meter. The county inspector probably ignored the requirement in her case since it doesn't look like any cable or telephone utilities are entering the property where her meter was.

I can't tell from the video, but are the two bars where you hooked the neutrals into and where you hooked the grounds into, are those two bars connected and electrically the same? You can check it with a continuity tester. I ask because, since this is the very first disconnect after your meter, those two bars SHOULD and MUST be connected and it shouldn't matter which bar you connect your grounds or neutrals to in this case. Note, any other breaker boxes (sub panels) you might install in the future, you'll need to keep the grounds isolated from the neutrals as bonding of the neutrals and grounds is to only be done in one location and the NEC states it's to be at the first disconnect.

Wow! Iam suprised if this was approved by code enforcement.
    1. Romex is not listed for wet locations. The inside of a pipe or flex run outdoors is considered a wet location.
Did you install your bonding screw in your panel?

I guess code enforcement isn't aware of their job, because they did pass it. Thanks for watching, have a wonderful and blessed day.
