    Awesome. I hope this version of Caine comes with Volatility 3 pre-installed?

    What do you recommend to use, Caine 7 or Caine 13?

    • @BlueMonkey4n6
      @BlueMonkey4n6  Год назад

      It depends. I would recommend going to the latest which is CAINE 13 to get the latest driver support like USB 3. But the older versions do have a separate partition for Windows tools.

    How can you add autopsy and the sleuth kit to the iso? I literally cannot find a guide of how to place the tools onto the USB and be able to use in when booted to CAINE

      The Sleuth Kit commands are still in CAINE13 (I tried various blk* and mm* commands and they are present).
      Sorry, I am not an expert on creating the ISOs, perhaps you can email the CAINE developer and request that Autopsy be put BACK into the next release (I've been asking for this).
      I end up just installing Autopsy if I have to boot to CAINE13. There is an Autopsy Snap bundle so it's actually not too bad to install.

      hmm, I tried to duplicate the behaviour you are seeing but unable to replicate it. Did you try asking the CAINE developers to see if they have seen that issue?

    Please me. I use Caine on usb boot , save the extracted data on the hard drive, the hard drive says "failed to create file please choose another destination. Thank you very much
    I can't change the read only to writeable hard drive

      Did you use the UnBlock tool (on the Desktop) to change your hard drive to Writeable from Read-Only. By default, everything is Read-Only.

    Would it be possible to work in dual boot with Caine 13 and Parrot? I'm having trouble.

    i did't find the install caine 22.4 file

      CAINE only releases about once a year and may not be on the latest Ubuntu release. For CAINE releases, check this page here: www.caine-live.net/page5/page5.html
      CAINE 13 uses 22.04 so that should be what you want.

    Hello, after choosing the language in install CAINE 22.04, it just crashes, what could be the problem?

    • @BlueMonkey4n6
      @BlueMonkey4n6  Год назад +1

      Hmm, that sounds odd. What language did you choose? And are you installing to a real computer or to a VM? How much memory does the machine have?

    • @Hello-zh8ps
      @Hello-zh8ps Год назад +1

      @@BlueMonkey4n6hello, yes, I installed it on a real computer, it always crashes, no matter what language I choose, I click continue, download and exit, I tried it seven times, everything is the same.

    • @Hello-zh8ps
      @Hello-zh8ps Год назад +1

      @@BlueMonkey4n6I have 4GB of RAM, and 500GB of internal memory.
      I have not tried to download the general Ubuntu, I will install it now, only it turns out that I download 22.04?

      hello again, I solved the problem, the reason was that I did not install Ubuntu from the very beginning, but the following problem occurred when I take out the bootable USB flash drive and press Enter, after restarting I get this message "Default Boot Device Missing or Boot Failed". I tried to change the priority of the bootloader in the BIOS and also changed it from UEFI to Legacy, but the problem did not disappear, thank you for helping me deal with that problem, I hope you will help with this one
