In this video I will attempt to refute the idea that it is sinful for a single to lust after another single of the opposite sex which is a myth that people derived from a misapplication of Matt 5:28 "But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart."

Good video. I just want to share my point of view of the subject as a Latina woman ( born and live in latinamerica). For most the latina women who live in latinomerica are conservative, the lustful battle is born in the emotions. A romantic comedy (The Notebook movie), a sensual book (50 shades of gray), or words to the ear. For women, the idea of emotional intimacy and sensuality can be far more tempting than a naked body.
We need to keep our minds away from kind of books or movies to keep control. How does a woman behaved by lust? In
most cases, the obsession of being extremely sexy (tight clothing, diet, gym, etc) and other cases is depression, horrible character.
