If we lack with protein our body will take protein from other sources like hair, bone along with our different organs hence we need adequate amount of protein in our daily life, There is nothing wrong to take excess amount of protein... If we take our protein above the RDA it will come out through urine so there is no harm of taking ample amount of protein.

यदि आप 100 किलो के आदमी और 50 किलो के इंसान को समान प्रोटीन लेने की रिकमेंडेशन करेंगे तो ज्यादा वजन वाला आदमी अपने आपको हमेशा सिथिल और बीमार महसूस करेगा।

Sir video mei jo bataya hai wo minimum amount hai adult males aur females ke liye jo health authorities set karti hai. Wo koi fix amount nahi hai ki isse jyada nahi le sakte. Obviously normal diets mei bhot se log 40-50gm se jyada hi lete honge aur jo non-veg bhi wo bhi isse jyada hi lete honge.
Aur ye jo 1.2gm per kilo of body weight hai ye bhi koi fix nahi hai. Agar koi jyada intense workout karta hoga ya koi professional athelete hoga toh upto 1.7-2gm per kilo of bodyweight bhi le sakta hai

You should have mentioned Casein is better protein when taking protein before sleep. Mentioning just protein is miss leading. Whey is fast digesting compared to casein and is not considered ideal when taken before sleep.
