Wow, this Notion setup is gold! While I use Notion for planning, I've been relying on boost app social to spruce up my content for clients. I’m thinking these two combined would be a killer combination for freelancers. Thanks for the share! 🙌
Wow this is incredible! i just discovered your channel yesterday, and I wish I had found it 2 yrs ago. I cant believe you are sharing this template for free. This is of incredible value. Thank you again.
Still at the beginning of the video and if you are sharing the template dang cannot thank you enough, was looking for something like this for days. I mean we love being productive, but who wants to learn all those techie stuffs or whatsoever just to have a simple notion system. Plus it is a sub from me
love this! so glad i came across this because i'm about to start having 2-3 clients and i want to make sure i'm going to start right and not ruin the work-life balance that i've developed after my last full time job. thank you so much!
Hi Deya, loving your videos so much and quickly moved my tasks over to start using this template! I've been struggling finding the right weekly task breakdown as I'm not that familiar yet with templates & databases in Notion. 2 questions: 1) how can I add the 'Containers & Time Estimates' a part of the weekly template? Since I plan to use the same ones each week, this would save me so much time. 2) how can I add reoccurring weekly tasks to the 'Weekly Plan' ? Similar reason as above. Thank you in advance!
Ive been looking for something like this for so long, Im so excited to try this! Thank you so much, im currently binge watching all your videos, Ive learnt so much already!! Thank you!🥰
Thank you so much!!! I tried your previous template for 3 months EVERY DAY and it has totally changed my life. I've been much more productive. I just customized this one and I'm super excited to try it out!
Thank you very much for sharing this with us! 🥰 I just found out this video and this was the best weekly planning system I saw so far. I will use it right now to manage my week in general, not focusing on the work. I am excited to have all my weeks recorded and I can go back to it in order to see how I spent my time at specific time frames 😍
I haven't used Notion before bc it looks so complicated but your template looks sooooooo simple and if I built a template, it would look like yours. I'm customising it so that it can fit how I work. Last but not least, I actually haven't worked as a freelancer but I believe your template will help me a lot ! Thank you soo much
I’m new to Notion and so glad I found you! Under the Big Project list is there a way to just duplicate a list? As a web designer my project tasks are usually the same.
Hi Deya Thank you for this awesome insight. Please how do I know a clients name on upwork when I check his review, so I can include it in my proposal when applying for a job?
12:56 Hi Deya!! I’ve been struggling to get my workflow down as a freelancer. The other day I saw one of your videos and it really helped me actually manage my clients and thoughts lol! Thank you so much. I fell down a rabbit hole on your channel. Butttt with that being said I have a dilemma regarding the notion template, the “Containers & Time Estimates” isn’t linked to the “Parking Lot aka All-Encompassing To-Do list.” So when I try to add it to a container, it doesn’t exist. Could you help me identify what the problem is? I just started using notion yesterday and I no clue what’s going on to even google it 😅 I would really appreciate your help, thanks 🙏🏾
Hiya Carsyn! So glad you're enjoying the content. :) So yes, the containers are linked to the weekly plan, not the parking lot -- so that the time estimates are calculated on a weekly basis versus your entire parking lot. So when you put in your weekly to-do's, you add the container + time estimate and it calculates out on a weekly basis what your spread of time is. Hope that clears it up! :)
Thank you for another excellent video! One question, how can I set the columns' width in board view? Yours weekdays columns looks narrow and much better... Mine are very wide. Tried to find a tutorial on Google, but I can't. If you compare your parking lot columns with the weekdays columns it's easy to see the difference. Thanks.
Hey Alexandre! Great Q. If you go into the 3 small dots on the top right of your board view, click 'Layout' and scroll down to 'Card size', you can pick your card size! Hope that helps.
I went to the website and entered my email but have yet to receive the template in my inbox. I tried twice to ensure I spelled everything right, checked my spam, and waited a few minutes to give it time to send. Is there anything I'm missing? This template seems really helpful, and I want to try it out.

Agreed! I've been on the boost app bandwagon too. My fave feature is their story templates, straight fire 🔥🔥🔥

Curious about the same thing. The containers don't seem to copy over each week for me!
Thank you so much for this, you are so loved

HOW DO YOU DO THE CHECKMARKS TO SHOW ON THE WEEKLY PLAN?

HI Deya! The template I received in the email is the last year's one. How can I get the one in the video?? Thanks!
Hi Haru - sorry about that. Should be fixed now & I replied to your email! :)
