That guy on the mattress had dirty socks. You should make him wear booties that are clean
It looks that way, but the fibers we use often produce dust and after hours of walking on socks this is what our socks look like. is all part of handcrafting using pure cotton, wool, and other fibers. Thanks for your input, booties may just be something else we can offer.
Aren’t you contradicting your own video because you are using a lot of tape card board and plastic in your packaging

You make a good point, but we have to make sure that all products are packaged as best as possible. Our customer make decent investments when whey they go Green or Organic. We do hand delivery using our small SUVs within 150-mile radius, from our facility. When we hand deliver, we do not use any packaging but one bag. Actually, we are in the process of reducing that by hand making bags out of our scrap fabrics. These bags will replace one of the plastic bags used, saving us all a lot of green while keeping it green! Our ustomers often reuse the packacing materials since the bags used in our mattresses are pretty thick, they can be used in the future for sure. Thanks again for your advice. Marlon
We do ship all over the USA, not packaging the items would result in damaged goods. We do use recycled boxes, often reuse all of the bags, boxes we can and we even hand deliver up to 150 miles radius, to reduce the packaging needed. When we hand deliver, we often only use one bag or one box. We always ask each client upon delivery, can we take away and reuse these bags or boxes? Thanks for the input.
