    My kids love having their own full pizza at dinner. Do you like the idea of serving everyone their own 🍕at dinner? Let me know!

    This looks amazing!! So, I don’t own a pizza stone 😬. Do you have one you recommend??

      Yes! I have a link in the show notes above, BUT any stone will do fine! I have 4 in my oven from various places and they're all the same size/thickness. I don't wash mine with soap to avoid it taking a weird taste; I just scrape and heat. The stone should come with instructions. But I just leave mine in the oven all the time - easier!

    Looks wonderful. If I freeze part of the dough do I thaw in the fridge for a day? Also, since I don't have pizza stones, would a preheated cookie sheet work?

    • @TheLastMinuteCook
      @TheLastMinuteCook  3 года назад +1

      Thanks, Cattitude! Yes, but form the pizza rounds before freezing. Put wax or parchment paper between the rounds (if you have several) so they don't stick. When you're ready to cook the pizza, let the dough rounds thaw before topping and cooking. Using a cookie sheet will be easier if it has the little air dents - grease the sheet, no need to preheat it. You can also use an oven proof skillet (greased). Just be careful with that handle.

      One more thing for you..by 'form the pizza rounds' I meant actually shape the pizza before freezing. Wanted to be sure I wasn't confusing on that. 🍕
