What a flawfully played amphibious lab, salamanders are needed to destroy buildings and are utilizable only in small amounts as they cannot fire over one another, because there exists Poison Arrow (+ Manticore) to immediately transition into to remove any and all of this panic T1 spam. And in the early game while amphibious tanks do enjoy underwater stealth, in such small amounts the hovertanks are needed instead thanks to speed, range and huge LoS to be microed for maximum annoyance, only counterable by a spam of Banshees or a 5head navy player who for some reason has his entire force inside own base instead of contesting his mirror.
@@AnonymousVenator Both Poison Arrow and Bull have splash bigger than that of a T2 mobile artillery, however you are absolutely correct that Poison Arrow's turret rotation speed (same for Triton) and Tolerance is so low that it cannot fire at a stationary target when engaging full steer.
That was more of a case with team being clueless on how to counter them than salamander being good. Cortex air can easly pump out bunch of shurikens and like 3 gunships and its bye bye, and armada has gunships too and EMP transports that are even better at this. Sea can and bloody should have scorpions or at least lightning turrets after losing control over sea, if you lost sea so be it, now your job is to protect coastline. Same thing with geo, tho this guy also seemed to have no idea on what to do on geo spot in the first place. O you know, WALLS along the coast, if I can't have sea acces enemy can't have coast acces.
Not sure on that video title. The TZAR got INSANE value there, and even if the amphib tanks comes the easy count for those is a few defensive turrets ahead of time lol
Ohh I agree, once the tzar was out it basically wins the front alone with some good micro. The real counter this revealed is that you can get those amphib tanks across the field before the tzar is out and exactly on time for when that build is in a vulnerable point. I think if those tanks had popped the geo then finished the lab that tzar would be several minutes late if it comes online at all
I agree completely. Devs are held to a higher standard of behavior as they should be, and OPman was toxic enough I would have called him out as a non-targeted teammate to keep team morale high. I agree with your sentiment OPman but that is NOT the way to help your team.
No, not at all. I'm a similar OS and I absolutely suck at the game. Sometimes you get on a win streak. OPman has some behavioral issues they need to work on.
Happy new year Brightworks I love you and this niche RTS I've never played
Shout out to NeckAmputee, hilarious name

Do poison arrows deal with T1 spam? I feel like they're clumsy and slow for that

OPman being a bit toxic there, bit of a bad look for a dev of a game hes playing.
Narc
