- In this video I share 10 real passive income sources that allow you to earn money when you sleep or vacation. They include dividend income from stocks such as Apple that pay an exceptional dividend yield. I share how to make $30 per day from dividends from stocks. The second source of income shared is using a personal financial RUclips channel with a very high CPM to make money and leveraging a catalogue of content that you can earn on passively. The 3rd source of passive income is affiliate marketing using Amazon associates that leverage an Amazon storefront and other affiliate programs like Envacto, Respondent etc. Selling products on an e-commerce website is the 4th source of passive income covered to include personal websites, Amazon and platforms like Teespring. Portfolio income is the 5th source of passive income covered and this includes bonds, index funds, mutual funds that leverage compound interest to maximize returns. Another source of passive income share is real estate investment where a landlord tenant relationship is established with a property manager being the middle man to ensure the income source is truly passive. While airbnb options are explored, long term rental I explain is more passive. With 3 properties rented I share how to make $100 per day in passive income. Royalties is another source of passive income shared with examples that include my book which is an ebook, audiobook, hardcover and paperback and sold on Amazon, Apple with print on demand or as a digital product which makes it truly passive. I also share other royalty passive income earners like courses, digital products such as an excel spreadsheet. Angel investing is another source of passive income share and an example with sweat equity is explored. Renting your personal vehicle, and hosting events or eating out your personal home to earn passive income are other sources covered and a bonus source was credit card cash back.

So this is an excellent idea how to get something back from those companies. I enjoy your videos so much, please keep them coming. I have an entrepreneurial mindset myself and I used to own my own cleaning business. But unfortunately I was going through some personal struggles in my marriage at the time so my business suffered because of it at the time. I was able to work and put myself through college after that while single handedly raising my son as a single mother, but I never lost hope on becoming a business owner once again. "Doing what you have to do until you can do what you want to do" is EXACTLY what I tell my clients in regards to finding a "Work From Home Job." Many just entering this industry don't realize that it doesn't happen overnight. Landing a WFH job that fits your needs/wants etc takes patience, consistency & determination. Did it initially take a decent amount of currency to get the ball rolling? Just curious because I'm so broke it's that problem keeping me from getting over the hump, I know of ways to either loan your capital to another or do online trading that can net you an easy 800 to 1000 a week with minimal effort and not even having to use your brains at all but you need atleast 5k to start with to be at that level of minimal effort with great returns, pretty much anything less and your having to work so hard, stress so much to turn your 'pennies' into dollars that it's almost impossible to do when you already have a job, or even a quasi life. Well from me researching and literally watching scores of RUclips videos and reading 100s of articles all about crypto passive incomes in theory I KNOW OF WAYS lol. Unfortunately don't think I'll ever have enough to try and even if I could somehow talk someone else into investing their money to start up I would feel extremely uncomfortable and anxious it wouldn't be worth it because I'd probably seriously damage my health if not straight out die from stress or stroke lol.
