If you’re in a location and the owner tells you what you SHOULD put in the machine, feel free to try it. If the owner tells you what you HAVE to put in the machine respectfully end that business relationship and find a new location.
I don't think I will be selling my route. Lol. I'm pretty happy with my 60 stops. I only have to deal with the cost of my snack machines for maintenance and repairs because I've established myself with Coke and Pepsi. If I don't have time to do the detail cleaning on the machines, the route makes enough to hire trusted family members to clean them. Most repairs such as a coin changer and bill acceptors takes 10-15 minutes to replace. It's important to get good quality equipment or deal with repairs way too often. You can get cans cheaper in a store but with no repair costs of the Coke and Pepsi machines, product is delivered directly to me every week, availability of 20oz bottle items at a good cost and I can still make more than double on 12oz cans, it is well worth being established with Coke and Pepsi.
That's awesome. Do you mind sharing your approximate monthly income from all of your stops? I am trying to decide whether this would be a lucrative investment.

I've come to realize that the key to amassing wealth lies in making sound investments. I purchased my first home at the age of 21 for $87,000 and sold it for $197,000. My second home, acquired for $170,000, was later sold for $320,000, and my third property, purchased at $300,000, fetched $589,000, with buyers covering all closing costs and expenses. Not reaching a million before retirement feels like an unfulfilled goal.

i just don't know where to start, I have been doing some research and still can't find how to legally set up my vending machine business. Every place I go to is going to charge me at $400 to help me put up my business. (and that's not even considering the vending machine costs, or stocking costs)

You mentioned something of me needing to pay the landowner for electricity or using their electricity from using a vending machine. I just looked up a solution for that Coca-Cola has a solar powered vending machine
@@dreamduo3888 it's simple as the guy had mentioned right pay attention to his video that you may have to help pay a fee when setting up your vendors for if you're using to help pay their electric bill from using their electricity here's the thing like I said Coca-Cola has solar powered vending machines that could solve the solution of not having to pay an electric bill for using someone's outlet to plug your machine in because here's the thing a business owner normally doesn't like having to pay a lot of bills but they do anyways rather it'd be to their coworkers or rather to pay for the land of the building is on now think of it solar powered runs off the Sun that vending machine is going to be sitting in the sun 24 hours a day waiting for customers to come buy a drink and here's the thing from where it runs off the sun's electricity from where it's solar powered the exact unit that I'm talking about that you can look up that would solve a solution with the boss that you're doing business with because you get permission to place your soda vendor day right that boss might let you do it for free if the soda vendor itself is solar powered might let you place it there for free cuz you won't be charging them an electric bill from having the unit there now they may ask for a small cut of the profit but a solar powered one would work would probably help eliminate a lot of third-party bills making it so that you can keep most of your profits
@@dreamduo3888 because if you go to think of it a soda vendor or any vendor machine is still technically a third party company all right first off think of all the snacks that you sell from those machines half the money goes to you half the money would have either went to the land that that's the soda vendor is sitting on while the other half would have probably went to the companies whose snacks or foods that is being sold out of that machine to help pay for it so that more snacks or whatever's can be delivered and replaced in the machine think of it if you're wanting to keep some money you want to eliminate as many bills as possible and having a solar powered one just might help cuz you won't be burning up someone's electricity
Has a business owner asked you to sign any sort of contract or written agreement before putting the vending machine in the location? Is it normal to have handshake agreements if you are not paying commission to the location owner?
I would like to know if there is any business law requirements in order to sell products from, let's say, Coke or Pepsi. I am aware I need to officially apply for a business and a sellers permit, but do I also need an agreement from the companies of the products I am selling? Thanks in advance!
No you don't if you just buy from a store. However if you find that you like what you are doing, you build up to a full time route and you don't want to sell it, it might be a good idea to contact Coke or Pepsi to establish delivery services. You will gain access to things like 20oz bottles and other items you can't get at stores at a cost you can sell them in your machines. Also if you don't want to worry about overhead of repair cost of the drink machines, you might be able to use their machines and they will do the maintenance for you. There are two disadvantages to that. One, you can't mix or match Coke, Pepsi or other brands in one machine. Two, the value of your route goes down if you sell it because the drink machines aren't yours to sell with each location.
Great video but very informative! My only question is where to start when finding those locations how should I market and get that first vending machine established any responses will be appreciated!
I'm thinking about getting some machines for local bus station (open station so non-bus users also walking by), at the moment there is not a single place here that has any 24/7 access to snacks or food, but there is a sweet shop nearby, I'm wondering if people will use the machines over the shop or not during business hours, their charging £1.65 for a drink that I can get for 65p wholesale, but I'm really uncertain if the location is right or not, there are a lot of people in the area and walking by it but I'm not just not sure if people would choose it over a shop or not, any advise? I was also thinking of doing fresh sandwiches as there are a lot of bank offices in the area and not too much competition, although perishable foods may be risky.
I work in a warehouse there’s been an empty snack machine for the last year and the soda machine rarely get refilled I see truck drivers every day look at the machines and walk away I been thinking about buying the snack machine
An LLC might sound like a crazy thing for 1 or 2 machines but it will absolutely protect if one day something happens and someone decides to sue you. If the worst happens you lose the LLC. Not your house and your savings.
Appreciate the video, great details! However the location of the machine is key. Is that the hard part … negotiating or getting approval from a desired location? Im sure placing a machine in 24 hour fitness would be very lucrative , but I’m sure they have their own vendors.
And when you get a lot of money what then ? Which easy or lucrative buissnes could be next ? Where do i get those informations in Quality and quantity?
I know I'm late. But my job has no vending machines, and I thought about buying a few used ones for drinks and snacks. I got the okay from my boss and I work 5am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday. Just wandering if this is a good idea. It's a directional drilling shop with 25-30 people on the floor

What tyoe of beverage only machine would you recommend? That great quality, modern machine, and that is easy to fix
Love this! Thanks so much mate. Especially like you showing the phone calls too
Do you have a contract with the business owner prior to placing your vending machine there? If so, where can I get a sample one? Thanks!
Has a business owner asked you to sign any sort of contract or written agreement before putting the vending machine in the location? Is it normal to have handshake agreements if you are not paying commission to the location owner?
I wanna know that too!
do you think it would be a good idea to put a vending machine in the breakroom of some place an office or a hotel?
Once it's where people frequent you are good to go , what kind of vending machine would you want to have ?
I would like to know if there is any business law requirements in order to sell products from, let's say, Coke or Pepsi. I am aware I need to officially apply for a business and a sellers permit, but do I also need an agreement from the companies of the products I am selling? Thanks in advance!
No, to my knowledge. Just buy the Coke and Pepsi at Costco and plop it in your machine.
No lol
How common is it for the supplier to draw up contracts for the business/property owner? Alternatively who could I contact to make the contract?
I've been in B2B sales for almost 10 years. Cold calling for my own side business is 10x as exciting as calling to sell someone else's product. 😅
This is the best advice and very helpful for me. Thank you so much for those important informations.
bro got straight to the point
First time watching you and I got to say I love this guy thank you for the info
great advice, i just subscribed
Welcome, friend!
Love it and great information. Planning on starting one where we live. Time well spent.
As far as picking a location…is it as simple as going there and asking to put a machine at the location?
Yes that's the best way we've found to do it. Calling by phone as well.
This was one of the best videos I’ve seen..very informative with gr8 advice..
I work in a warehouse there’s been an empty snack machine for the last year and the soda machine rarely get refilled I see truck drivers every day look at the machines and walk away I been thinking about buying the snack machine
If you’re only starting out with 1 or 2 machines, just as a side hustle on the weekend, do you really need an LLC?
Likely not, friend, but we have found that taking the tax deductions might be more acceptable. Be sure to check with a CPA.
An LLC might sound like a crazy thing for 1 or 2 machines but it will absolutely protect if one day something happens and someone decides to sue you. If the worst happens you lose the LLC. Not your house and your savings.
Would a business loan be a bad idea? Would it be because the return of investment would take too long? Looking forward to your feedback thanks!
He suggested not using debt for this business, which includes business loans. 14:40
Thank you for this information and for breaking down the steps on how to get this kind of business started! I’m motivated to start ASAP…
How’s it going?
@@user-ih8vk7cs5klol
Where do you source the product? Are there vending machine wholesalers?
Amazing and detailed guide. Thank you so much, for such a quality content.
Does the vending machine company u purchase the machine from do the maintenance and stock it for u. How do u get it restocked? Thanks
Many, but not all sellers, have service contracts, yes. You're on your own for restocking unless you hire someone to do it for you.
Bravo! He said it all 😊
Thanks so much sir , your machines are wonderful and it hasn't shown any malfunction or complain about it , am looking forward to getting my third Machine from you 😅
Good is saw you again, This there any fairly used combo vending machine available i hope the price is still 2500 😂😂
🎉😊
Someone people might not know him he is a vending machine vendor , popular in Clearwater city, Florida, if you ever need a vending machine, do well to meet him 😅
The quick tip for sure not go into debt is key
That was, actually, very informative.
Thanks man I’m going to start working on it today
Best vending machine video!! Thank you
Glad it was helpful!
Where can I store my product just asking because when I need to restock I know I’m gonna need somewhere to put it. What would be a good place?
You should be teaching in schools, you're an awesome teacher ❤️💯🙏
RUclips is pretty much school..and he probably getting paid more, and he can do his own thing..
If anyone knows, I'm unclear on who pays for electricity. Does the host business owner carry that?
This is a great video!! I’ve been thinking about starting a vending business for 6 months now and have been doing a lot of research.
How’s it going?
"and I never borrowed a dime." Preach!
Do you pay yourself from the vending machine business account? How does that work?
where to place our vending machines or how to reach out to business owners to convince them in allowing us place our vending machine at their location ?
