    This would have to be one of my dream jobs - own a bait and tackle shop. It wouldn’t get much better.

    Very cool! We do the same thing in Florida. We call'em ghost shrimp.

    I use thongs to replace the yabby pump rubber seal, these are free if you have a dead pair or cheap as chips from a dollar store.. get dead thong (or new one) and simply screw the base of the pump into it to get correct sizing. The washers when screwed down with the butterfly nut will expand those newly made round thong parts to give you the suction needed - just another tip to add to an already great upload cheers

    Hello Wayne I just recently subscribed to your channel and love all your tips. I haven't fished for years and am absolutely excited about getting back into it. Your video about the flatty brim rigs you use is brilliant, easy to follow instructions seeing I'd forgtton how to do any rigs accept blood knots 😂 Keep making your top knot videos champ 👍🏽

    Great video, I liked it before I even watched it👍. Question though, using a aerorater over night will that keep them alive for the next session?

    Fishing book it tells you that you can get the little nippers in queensland sydme Victoria but do you think that they will be in South Australia even if it doesn't tell you in the book where to fish them?

    Hi Waynye, what size & type of sinker do you run with the 8 ft trace you talk about in this video?

    Do the bigger species of yabbies get pumped up to like 15-20 cm? Self love to get a pump if they'd fit

    What is a making tide

    • @Wayne.Groomes.Fishing
      @Wayne.Groomes.Fishing  6 месяцев назад +1

      I and many who I know call the run in a making tide. I do know that the true definition is a little different. They are caused by the gravitational forces exerted on the earth by the moon, and to a lesser extent, the sun. When the highest point in the wave, or the crest, reaches a coast, the coast experiences a high tide. When the lowest point, or the trough, reaches a coast, the coast experiences a low tide.
