Was actually watching Hooj recently talking about the A hit wall. He explained it really well, and that most people throw it incorrectly since they aim directly on the corner of right tiddy which actually makes it easier for them to play in and out of it backsite where if you aim it slightly more backsite (still near the corner) instead of directly on the corner they can't play in and out of it without being in it easily. I don't know if there is a directly a vod of this explanation because it was in between one of his ranked games someone asked him about it.
I’ve seen his explanation of the wall you’re talking about. I agree it does get a bit more value out of the wall however this vod is for someone in gold and at this rank I don’t feel many players will take advantage of the minor weaknesses often enough. There are many other things a gold player can improve on and having watched many pro viper vods myself, I haven’t seen the wall Woohoojin is referring to so IMO it’s not worth recommending.
Yeah I’m not a huge fan of that change but on defense at least, you don’t move the orb much after throwing it preround so it’s not too bad but still think it was a little much.
i mean i dont know much but when u explain the wall like dont listen to ur tm8s because no one ever uses that wall try to be like why no one uses it because metas do change just a thought otherwise good
I get where you're coming from. This is one of the rare moments where I recommended not listening to teammates comms only because I didn't want the viper getting the wrong idea from someone that probably didn't understand why their wall suggestion was bad. Normally, trusting the comms of your teammate is fine if their idea makes sense. I actually explained why the suggested wall was bad - it gives the defenders too much space to work with back site and makes it more difficult to entry all for the teammates reasoning of "I want to plant in the middle of site" which isn''t a particularly good plant spot.
What are your thoughts on the recent Viper nerfs?
I think she is still broken in double-controller team comb, especially in pro. For playing solo in rank, she's TRASH (as always has been)

@@ChillMickelson Oh shit...my comment went through, lmao. I though youtube kept blocking it because of the variations of the T word, lol.
Sadly now you cant pick up the orb, thats the change that affects me the most

For retake or defuse in breeze or icebox when viper is, most of the times, the only smoker, is gonna be harder than before
totally agree, I think we'll be seeing more double controller on these maps because of this (clove/harbor)
