It seems to me, then, that radians are an intrinsic part of a circle - as opposed to the arbitrary degree. Why were we not taught this in Primary School ? I`m trying so hard to think in terms of radians but only because I`ve been conditioned to think in terms of degrees. It was a rhetorical question.
Seems like the elaboration of having to expound the concept to kids seems haphazardly difficult .maybe due to the symbols exacerbating instead of ameliorating their hitherto knowledge of maths.
