Track is nice, but Fkn with Myka 9 in such a way was a very bad mistake.
You gravely underestimated Myka 9 and secondly, little do you know, but Myka 9 has the ability to destroy emcees, while on the other side, Myka 9 is one of the most humble and coolest dudes ever. A damn good dude at that. So for you to attack such a dude in the eyes of many is NOT a good look at all.
Myka 9 is a westcoast legend who to this day is deeply underrated and under resourced or exposed, the reason why some might not know him. But on the westcoast and in the ears and eyes of many in the hip-hop game, he is a highly respected man in the hip-hop game and in the circle of emcee legends...PERIOD!
Take it from someone who helped build hip-hop in the streets of Los Angeles in the 90's and who was there in the beginning way before he was Myka 9 who lived in the jungles (as seen in the movie Training Day") who lived right alongside him when he was formerly known as Microphone Mike.
I don't think you or many have even seen the other side of Myka 9 that be on that fluent battle rap bars type shyt.
Myka mostly does that jazz harmonious style, but trust me, their is another side of him that most don't even know.
He's not a legend to the Los Angeles underground hip-hop scene for no reason sir, but after this diss, that you decided to make worldwide, Myka will have no other choice but to retaliate and stand his ground.
I don't know what was on your mind when you decided to do a dis track on this westcoast legend, but whatever you were on, you need to put that shyt down and keep a stable mind.
I remember an interview I did with you and one of the questions that I asked you was about how you feel about being a role model for the community and you was basically like, "I don't give AF about that or being a role model" and I was like 'dam". I don't know if you were having a bad day or whatever it was but I was shocked.
I will never forget your answer which shocked the hell out of me and this was about 20 years ago, and til this day, that left a bad picture in my mind and to now see this??? SMDH
I need to find that interview and the transcripts, but knowing me after you said that, I probably threw it in the garbage out of huge disappointment.

Talib can spit and flow, and so could all the others who've dissed him. I just learned about this so I had to dive into it a little bit and see what it was all about. I'm glad I stumbled across the beef because it had me listening to a lot of Talib music today along with project blowed artist like Aceyalone, myka 9, 2mex, etc. Felt like I was a kid again back in the 90s and early 2000s. Keep doing your thing Talib and I hope nothing transpired more out of this beef other than bars vs bars.
