I’m 20, and when I graduate College, I want to move to a rural area but still be close to a major city metro. I don’t hate city life, but I like a quieter, slower-paced life. I like the area just SE of Lancaster, Ohio, and the Mt Vernon area. Small towns within an hour of a major city and metro area are a hidden gem in Ohio.
Not the TOP places, but yeah they are with the big Cs (Cincinnati, Cleveland and Columbus)just like the other metro cities outside of ohio, regarding crime.

Columbus is more of a college city but with better job opportunities. Cincinnati is the best looking city in ohio tho
